Heavensent Tiny Home @ The Retreat at Water's Edge - Lake Views!

I took both of my sons to have a weekend away and we really enjoyed staying at the cabin. The fire pit was extremely relaxing. Great place to stay and the host is very nice.

Heavensent had everything I was looking for; close to nature, close to Chattanooga, close to Nashville, close to the musical venue I was going to (The Caverns). Clean, comfortable and amazing in every detail. I enjoyed sitting on the porch looking out towards the lake and hearing nature do its thing. Next time I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Loved our weekend here! Home was cute and clean. A little chilly for us to enjoy the porch, but will be back in warmer weather. We were able to drive our Can Am to Coalmont AHV park which was a deciding factor in renting here.

Everything was fine except the heat situation. The inverter in the living room area wouldn’t heat that area without the using the space heater. Once it got warm in the or even too warm and I shut the space heater off the thermostat on the wall would quickly fall to 67 degrees even though it was set to 72. I slept on the couch because it was more comfortable to me. I ended up leaving a day early because I couldn’t do the cold then hot.

Great communication from host

Perfect place for a weekend wedding that we were attending in the area. Had every amenity that we needed during our stay and the snack basket waiting for us was much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Heavensent was super clean with all the accommodations you need for a wonderful weekend by beautiful lake. We loved hanging out by the porch and firepit. The neighborhood is quaint and close to restaurants and The University of the South. I highly recommend Heavensent Tiny Home!

Very nice property

Heavensent was just that, Heaven sent. I feel that the listing is very accurate. We loved the location. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great place for a reset, it does have a TV and WiFi just in case you can’t fully break away from life. Trails are nearby so we enjoyed some outdoor activity while there. I can’t say anything negative about it and would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet and peaceful. Close to all surrounding attractions! Would recommend for any couple looking to get away and spend time relaxing!

We had the most relaxing weekend. The house is beautifully situated with wonderful views. We enjoyed the fire pit and we enjoyed the convenience of being near The Caverns concert venue and the state park offed a great day of hiking.

This tiny house was adorable. We stayed in on Friday night to grill and chill by the outdoor firepit. We had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our weekend. Very detail oriented. Can't wait to visit again!

Had a two day stay for a show at The Caverns. About a 15-20 min drive from the venue. The tiny home was clean and accurately described on VRBO. Used the washer / dryer. Worked perfectly. Cute and quiet rental community on a lake. Tracy City is a one horse town with an old bakery and a grocery. One small complaint - float on the shower bounced from hot to cold while in use. Probably an easy fix. Would stay here again for sure!!

Everything was great

We live in Nashville so were looking for a close & quiet location. This one was just what we needed!

Stayed one night to go to a concert at the caverns. The home was quaint and comfortable. She even decorated for Christmas. It was a great place. I’d love to go back when we can stay longer.

Charming setting and accommodations for one or two people. As long as you don’t have much luggage (and I did not have much), it’s great for a getaway. Extremely clean and well appointed. Lovely owners.

Great location for access to Grundy Forest and Fiery Gizzard trails. Place is super cute and comfortable and host was very responsive. Will be looking at location again when back for more hiking adventures in the area. Had wished lakefront was slightly more accessible.

Beautiful property in a fun community! We loved the town, the hiking, and the upscale campground feel. The host was very nice, the home was immaculate and beautiful! No complaints about the property at all, however We will probably choose a place next time that has at least two kayaks, or one with double, as we were not able to use just the one single since it was a couples trip and we don’t own our own. And maybe a bigger bed since we are tall people! I think it said Queen but feels like a double. Beautiful place and view!

Convenient to Sewanee. Very peaceful with nature all around. Lots of birds, bunnies, toads, and other creatures to keep us company.

This tiny was just the right size for a weekend away without the kids. We hiked in the area, enjoyed the quaint community, and relaxed at the community dock at the lake. Beautiful, serene setting for birdwatching as well. We saw hummingbirds, bluebirds and so many woodpeckers! Will definitely be back!
