Stayed May 12, 2026The property was charming, even more so than expected from the description. The building’s interior architecture was fascinating and beautiful. Cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was hotel comparable. The kitchen and living area were able to comfortably accommodate our party of six. There was also a bed for each of us without using bunks or sofa beds. The location was walkable to Forsyth park, Mercer house, Kroger grocery store and numerous restaurants.

Stayed Mar 6, 2026Great space for our family time together. The living space was so spacious and allowed us to just sit annd hang out and also play cards at the table. Location was convenient and helpful to have easy parking. Some suggestions:- bathrooms have no shelves or places to put toiletries and counter space is small. Would be helpful to put in a little something in bathroom downstairs. - light switches are hard to find in many places. Some directions and labels would be so helpful.

Stayed Jan 22, 2026We had a horrible stay because of a sewage smell in the upstairs. We ended up leaving one night early because the was too overpowering.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025It was super spacious, lots of room for our extended family of 8 to spread out. Bedrooms and beds were accomodating, the upstairs kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots/pans/utensils and we loved the barstools at the kitchen island. Great location and close to all of the local attractions. Parking was free on the street and not really a problem. Our only real complaints were 1) the upstairs bedroom on the end near the bathroom had a bed that was extremely unstable so every time I moved, the bed would move and wake up my husband and vice versa. 2) The noise insulation was poor so we were up all night with the noises from outside - people doing construction, throwing things in the dumpster next door (no idea why that was happening at 3 a.m.) - but that problem was solved with ear plugs the remaining nights. Host was communicative with our questions and checkin/checkout was easy. 3.) The bathroom sink upstairs at the end of the hallway was not user-friendly. Brushing teeth or washing face was kind of impossible but we made it work. We'd stay there again, just come more prepared!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We were a group of 6 women travelling to Savannah for a girls weekend. The house was perfect for us! We loved the neighborhood and parking was easier than we expected. There was no Keurig machine at the home though the description said they had one and the management company got one to us within a few hours! Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 24, 20251014 Abercorn was the perfect property to celebrate the mothers of our family. Everyone had enough room to enjoy the space collectively and individual needs. We were grateful for the thoughtfulness put into this amazing short-term vacation rental.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Location is great. We walked everywhere. The home was clean and well equipped. We had 13 adults, for a week, which means we had people on air mattresses, which we expected. What isn't particularly clear in the description is that 2 of the bathrooms are within bedrooms, which was a challenge, especially in the middle of the night. We also had luggage everywhere. Towels were also everywhere, and they only provide one towel per guest, and not nearly enough towel racks to hang them, so you had to keep track of where your towel was and make sure it was somewhere it could dry. We struggled with everyone being comfortable temperature wise, some bedrooms were freezing while other rooms were ovens, even with a window open.Knowing we were going to need to use the air mattresses provided, I reached out to management in advance to confirm they were in working order, they confirmed they were. They were not, which we didn't discover until midnight. I texted management and they responded promptly but were going to have to go to the store and buy more, which they did the next day. The bathroom light over the sink downstairs blew a fuse, which they didn't have and had to order. They brought by a supplemental light but the light it provided was more like a nightlight. That bathroom has no windows and it was dark our entire stay.We ate at the house for almost every meal. There are plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture.
