Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Heartsong House for a number of years. It is an easy and pleasant place to call home. The location is great: the north end of TSR is very quiet, the nearby bluff trail to Gualala Point Park is easy and so lovely, and it's only minutes to drive into Gualala. Heartsong is cozy and comfortable, and there is a great view from every window: the ocean, the hills, the garden, and the meadow behind the house. The balcony off the loft is a wonderful place for morning coffee and evening sunsets. On this most recent stay, we saw the infamous green flash on two separate nights.Beach Rentals is The Best rental agency! The staff is friendly, always available and very accomodating. The housekeeping staff does a great job of making the houses ready for guests. Don't miss Heartsong!

Reviewer Comments: We decided on this rental due to location to the golf course unaware that they have shut it down! Bluff trail access is great and views from the upstairs are good. The amenities inside the house are not great given the money spent. We’ve stayed at many homes in the sea ranch and this is the worst. Small things like hand soap at the sinks, hand towels, simple cooking items like pots that don’t have scratched up teflon, salt and pepper, maybe some coffee/tea, supplying linens....otherwise it’s fine. Don’t stay here if you like to cook or if you don’t want to bring literally everything with you.

Heartsong is one of our favorite Sea Ranch houses! The location is wonderful, decor is lovely, tons of great games, books, and puzzles, the kitchen is well appointed, and you can't beat the window seats in the loft. Being able to bring our dog with us and having a fenced yard really made it such a nice stay.

This time we had the 3 and 6 year old grandkids who slept upstairs while the adults enjoyed the downstairs bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and hot tub enjoyed. Since it rained we didn’t go out much but felt very comfortable and cozy. The path to the shoreline path is close and you can hear and see the ocean from the upstairs balcony or the hot tub.

The house is cozy and welcoming with a great loft/living area upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Hot tub in lovely enclosed courtyard. Near the bluff trail and Gualala Point Park. The only difficulty was watching the downstairs TV as it was mounted too high for viewing from the sofa and chairs and produced sore necks. Otherwise, a great getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home. It has three ample separate spaces (2 bedrooms with their own baths and a loft with a half bath). The loft has a beautiful reading nook with views of the ocean. The house across the street blocks the sunset, but it's a quick walk to the trail on the bluff. There was also a beautiful enclosed garden, which was perfect for our dog. The house was updated; it was clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. It would've been nice to have some generic shampoo and conditioner and for the windows to be cleaner so we could appreciate the views even more. But, overall, we loved the house and plan to be back!
