The Space:

Originally built in 1820, this magnificent home was taken all the way down to its studs in an extensive renovation in order to expose its rich history while providing modern day luxuries. You wont find another house quite like this to make your Charleston trip the best it can be!



This is a classic Charleston home made up of two units A&B, this is the listing for Unit B (Upstairs unit). The entire unit is yours, so there are no shared spaces except for the driveway area. During the remodel we went to great lengths (open cell spray foam, 1 inch quiet sheetrock and vibration barrier) to ensure the house stays very quiet from one unit to the other so this is not your typical duplex!

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    Host was very helpful, and beautiful property. Comfortable beds, and location is central to so many restaurants. Easy to walk anywhere. Great amenities!

    I had a good experience overall. However, we didn’t have a shower for part of the time. The door knob kept on coming off one of the rooms which was difficult. So there is some inconveniences in the stay. Including we didn’t never got our check-in information. But the place was really nice and the location was really nice.

    Good value here. Location is good and safe. Great bar next door called BTW and also a bodega on the same block. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. The smaller the car the better.

    This property was in the best location. We parked and never drove again. We walked everywhere. The decor was amazing, the beds were so comfy, the showers were wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental.

    Look no further if you’re looking for a short walk to downtown Charleston! This location was perfect with plenty to do and see in the area. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

    Perfect location for our first time in Charleston. Walkable to a lot of bars/restaurants/shops and a short drive away from everything else. Amazing to have parking on premises, made it much easier to get out and explore vs. a hotel/valet. Loved the decor inside, very comfortable space to relax in.
