Nice house, well equipped in a fun area. 9 of us stayed there comfortably. Easy street parking. Easy to walk to Alberta arts district, restaurants, and parks.

Property presents as described. All adequate except for the second bath/shower; very cramped with poor shower situation.

The entry door could be better. Needed to turn the lock and pull on the door handle to lock/unlock. Not easy for a smaller person. The shower in the master bathroom is fine if you are 5 foot and 100 pounds. Otherwise forget it. Freezer had ice in it that was brown. Once we cleaned it, seemed to work. Sheets in master bedroom were torn. May seems nitpicking but this is what we didn't like. Location was good. Everything thing else was good.

Functional space with good kitchen that was not stocked well for cooking. Space is a bit dated.

The house did not actually have air-conditioning. It had a window unit in the front room that did nothing to cool any of the bedrooms. It was August and very hot so everyone roasted all night long. I would never stay there again and would never recommend anyone stay there. Especially not anyone travelling with a baby or someone who is medically fragile, or elderly. It was insanely hot inside.Also, there is a tenant living in half the house and they get the full backyard. So when you are too hot in the bedrooms because there’s no air-conditioning, you’re only option is to sit on the front step to try and cool off (no porch or seating).

The house was perfect for our needs with two young kids on our trip to Portland. Easy street parking, nice neighborhood, good communication. Would definitely stay here again!My only complaints are that it gets a little warm in the bedrooms as the AC is a window unit in the living room, but the house has plenty of fans. Other issue is that when the AC, TV, and Microwave are all running, it would often trip the breaker. The breaker is easy to access and reset - but still a bit frustrating. Lastly, some of the beds are very firm - so just be warned about that.

Stay was overall decent! One of the bedroom doors (first bedroom on the right) does not latch or lock, so it must be kept shut with a chair that's in the room. The step to get into the house is also pretty high, several of us almost tripped while trying to get up into the house. Not the most accessible for disabled folks. The water pressure in the hall bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. There is also some odd electrical issues (possibly overloaded circuits? We noticed the lights dim considerably when the microwave or oven was used) but nothing that ended up grossly affecting the trip, just little inconveniences.

Great place and great area walking distance to tons of cafes and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. The steep driveway slope and large step to enter the property was difficult for elderly parents but we made it work with helping them enter and exit.

We had the pleasure of staying here over the weekend and it was perfect! Cute place with plenty of space and rooms for all 7 people. The property managers were easy to reach and responsive! Would stay again :)

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We hope to enjoy another family vacation in the area and stay there again.

Close to my daughter’s house. lots of room when our grandchildren joined us for a night or two. Sufficient cookware and plates to make and serve pancakes.The exposed bracket holders for toiletries in the main bathroom were a hazard with their sharp edges. Appropriately sized containers should have been placed or the brackets should have been removed.

Excellent stay at a perfect location. It was very comfortable and we had a really sweet visit.

This property is exactly as advertised! The house was very clean with so many amenities. Next time we are in Portland, we will definitely book this property again!

My sister and I traveled to Portland from Bay Area and Sacramento to see our cousins who live in Portland. We were very pleased with our rental house! It was exactly as shown in pics, darling! And location was perfect! Very walkable to restaurants and cute stores. We were very happy with our choice!

This house was everything it’s described online. It was perfect for us as we came from the East Coast to visit my sister. It was definitely a home away from home.

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding and it was a great! The place was immaculate, the coffee pot much appreciated since we were on east coast time, and the open living and dining layout was perfect for all the family coming and goings. The management team was also fantastic and super responsive to our questions and really appreciated all the advance reminders. We walked to the park and to the local restaurants within 10 minutes, which was great!

We used all four bedrooms for a 4 day weekend in Portland. The house met expectations perfectly and even had some bonus unexpected perks like toys for my kids. If we ever do a trip like this to Portland with our kids again we plan on booking this same property.

My wife, mother, and I spent the week in Portland to visit family. We wanted a place close to my brother's house in the Alberta St neighborhood, and this fit the bill. Rooms and furniture were comfortable, everything was well maintained. Please note: as this was my first time using VRBO, I did not know to filter for disabled or elderly access. My mother had difficulty navigating the shower, the front door step, and the walk to the car, but this was not the fault of the homeowner. Thank you.

Stayed with family friends over the weekend and really enjoyed the house. The dead grass was a bummer as the kids enjoyed playing outside but it seems everyone has dead grass in the summer. Access to backyard would have been nice but we did fine without it. Easy access to Alberta st and not too far from the zoo or Moda center! Would recommend for a weekend trip!

Able to accommodate 6 people. Check in and check out were smooth and the house was comfortable. A few things that would improve the experience were to have some coasters so as not to leave water rings on the tables, step out mats for the showers, and instructions on how to raise and lower the blinds. Also the shampoo and conditioner may have been switched in the hallway shower. None of these small things affected our enjoyment of the property. We would stay there again.
