Enjoy a walk along the beach. Wander up the beach to the Rhyll pier and go fishing and all this just a 5 minute drive to Cowes central shopping and restaurant area.

Old world charm with modern features including a deck area with bbq and outdoor setting overlooking the backyard. Offering an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has gas cook top and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher along with all the utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery needed for your family. There is also, a second lounge - plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, side table and lamps. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with bedside table and lamps. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed and extra single bed.

The spacious old world bathroom has a claw foot bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional shower and toilet in the laundry.

This is a lovely, sunny and comfortable home with lots of great features the perfect base for visiting Phillip Island.

The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
