Beautiful vacation home with everything you need to have the best trip with friends and family. Decor is updated and beachy, kitchen is fully equipped, and tons of beach supplies are provided (except for beach towels). You can’t go wrong with this home and we can’t wait to come back!

They really had attention to detail. 2 floor bathroom was large and has great potential. Only 2 bathroom sinks total in home. Overall really great spot.

The back staircase was full of debris so I did not use. The outside shower had swarms of mosquitos living in the drainage area which made for a quick shower. The outdoor beach chairs, accessories, and toys were scattered all over from previous renters.

Wonderful house and location. The grill could use some more power heat, otherwise most enjoyable.

Overall loved everything, some things to note, the realty company did not communicate through VRBO at all, but if you messaged them directly (through their website) they were extremely prompt. The house itself was awesome but loud, lots of open space and very few rugs. Wasn’t a huge deal, but sound machines would be helpful for little ones! We’ll be back!!

Loved the large dining table where we all could sit together to eat and play games. Enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage area. Nicely decorated. My favorite spot was the little sun porch with ukelele and leather sofa. If I could just copy/paste this home, I would! Easy, short walk to the beach. Also, we had no problem parking near the beach access.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well decorated for a beach vacation. Close to the beach - 7 minute walk, lots of beach equipment to use, games for the kids, plenty of kitchen equipment to use and a washer and dryer. My kids loved the large bedrooms and full size beds! Close to the beach and very quiet neighbors. Would definitely recommend!

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours after the quoted check in time because it was still being cleaned!

Reviewer Comments: Worked well for our needs.It would be helpful for potential renters to understand the limitations of the property for folks with any limitations - house could be entered only by multiple steps, many inside doorways were narrow, bathroom on main level would be hard to manage for anyone with limitations and bed in upstairs BR was very high off the floor. House was well-appointed and attractive and comfortable but I missed having disposal and ice maker. Parking for 1 car was great - but it would have been difficult to get a 2nd car into the space. The location was in a wonderful residential neighborhood - very quiet. For us, the walk to the beach was fine - 3 blocks to beach access walkway.
