Excellent stay! We absolutely loved this home and the location. Easy walk to the beach and being right next door to the tennis courts we played tennis every morning. Home was perfectly clean and comfy! Loved having the back yard for our small dogs and that there were wipes provided for their feet! Would certainly stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you!

Had a great time at this property for a 2-family end-of-the-summer trip! Loved walking around the neighborhood (quiet and very safe), walking to the beach, and checking out some of the local restaurants on IOP. Our trip was too quick to take advantage of some of the backyard amenities...fire pit and porch...but those looked great, too!

We toured the Magnolia Plantation, saw a Redneck Reunion show at Fedora Hat Theatre, and enjoyed the 7/4 fireworks on the rooftop of Coconut Joe's. Landscaping was below average, but we were satisfied with the location, layout and especially the A/C.

The home was very clean, comfortable and well organized! Only a couple blocks to beach and within a couple miles for groceries and restaurants. Also, having a beautiful park/Rec facility(tennis, pickleball, basketball,band a great playground) a block away was an added bonus!

We love this property. It made our weekend fantastic to celebrate my niece’s graduation from MUSC such a good time. This house was for the grandparents and the aunts and uncles affectionately named the mature house. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property.

We enjoyed our stay just a few blocks from the beach. The home was very clean, well stocked, and held up to the photos. Would recommend staying again!

Fun location, adorable house. Great yard! WiFi was a little spotty so I wouldn’t recommend planning to work from here.

Reviewer Comments: This one-level house is two blocks from Palm Blvd and the path to the beach, so it's not convenient if you carry a lot of stuff to the beach. Otherwise, the location is fine -- close enough to the Connector that you don't have to sit in traffic for a long time. The location is in a residential neighborhood of smaller houses, and close to the tennis and pickle ball courts. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a grill outside. One bedroom is on one side of the living areas and the other three are on the opposite site, which was nice for separating older folks from the little ones! There is no view, it's just a quiet little house to sleep and eat in.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. There were however a few things that left a poor impression. The big issue we had was the company did not make it clear that keys had to be picked up between 4pm and 5pm from their office. We got into town later in the day and the office was closed. There was no answer on their 24 hour service line and we were forced to make last minute arrangements elsewhere for our family of six. Most properties we have stayed at use a lockbox or key code system to inform renters of how to access properties, not the case with this property. Of course they were very clear with their fees for late check out or not following their checkout instructions. To their credit the agent on duty at the time was apologetic and refunded us a portion of our stay, but the entire experience could have been avoided with clear communication via email and phone.

We enjoyed our stay...just be aware that you need to bring any and all kitchen cooking spices like salt, pepper, oil, etc. And, bring laundry pods/detergent if you think you'll be doing any laundry. There are very few kitchen linens, towels and just a tiny dish detergent bottle. Also, no hand soap provided. And, also bath towels are limited. Overall, we had a great time and will likely book again in the future.
