Welcome to the Harborview in the Seabright neighborhood of Santa Cruz. We are nestled in the lower harbor with our deck looking onto the harbor and stairs leading directly to the boats. Stayed Aug 10, 2023Great view, location & spaciousness. Many issues with cleanliness, tv not working. Shower curtains with mildew, soiled linens, oven mitts, carpets and rugs. Bay windows and windows in general were in dire need of cleaning. Garbage and recycle cans in car port were filthy. In spite of that, we still had a good time.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Great location. Kids loved the bunks. Right on the yacht harbor and short 15 min walk to the beach and boardwalk.lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Hike to the light house, or have a late breakfast at Aldos, go for a sail on the Chardonnay. Super convenient location for lots of Santa cruz fun and sun.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Entire family stayed at this location which is within walking distance to both the beach and Boardwalk. House layout was perfect for our group. Deck looking into yacht harbor was peaceful and scenic. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Sep 16, 2022This was a wonderful place for our family to get together. Space enough for everyone to have there own bedrooms and bathrooms. Also plenty of places to hang around together and socialize.. Location close to beach too.

Stayed Jun 20, 2022We had such a fun time. Located on the bluff overlooking the harbor the view was fantastic. The steps in the back gave us direct access to the harbor docks, restaurant and the trail system around the harbor and out to the beach.

Stayed Jun 13, 2022Easy to get everywhere and enjoy local sites and foods. Getting to the beach was easy but as we came in from the east coast, we really needed provided beach chairs, and umbrellas. It did not stop us from having a fantastic family vacation.
