Stayed Dec 28, 2025Probably our favorite place in Santa Cruz and that is saying something! Right across the street from the harbor and the beach with impeccable views of the ocean and the lighthouse. The house is just great. So comfortable and well appointed! The beds are very comfortable, which is always important to us. Beautiful views of the aforementioned from inside the house plus a wonderful deck and patio. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Our family group ages 86 to 17 enjoyed this beautiful home for its quality and its location close to the marina and the beach. Three levels provided a lot of privacy when needed and the upper level kitchen/living room was spacious enough for 10 people to gather comfortably. The giant windows provided lots of light and view of Monterey Bat, beach, and active marina. Hosts and crew were very responsive when needed. I would not hesitate to return.

Stayed May 17, 2024I’m a local resident that had a group of friends visiting for the weekend. I typically find that VRBO listings look better than the real thing. That is definitely not the case here! For me and my friends that stayed, we were all legitimately impressed with the size and decor of the property- especially with so many social spaces/ room to move/ views of the harbor. If you want to visit Santa Cruz, be in a scenic, centralized, and very accommodating habitat- this will be hard to beat.
