It is located right off Rockport Harbor and only 1/4 mile from the public dock and beach, but has easy walking trails along the harbor up Beauchamp Point where you can find entry points to swimming holes off large granite boulders.

You have off-street parking for one car, which leads to your private deck. When you enter, you will be in the living/kitchen area. You walk through a hall and are in the formal living room, complete with a TV. Down another hall, there is a full bathroom, and at the end is a laundry area and a comfortable queen bedroom. The home has AC/Heat pumps to take off the chill or cool you down after a day of exploration.

Situated at the head of Rockport Harbor, this property is conveniently located to all that Camden/Rockport area has to offer. Small and beautiful Rockport is on the west side of Penobscot Bay, between Rockland and Camden.  You can talk to the lobster monger, the lobstermen, watch them in action, and even buy lobster right from the dock. Launch a kayak from the dock in the harbor nearby and paddle the harbor, keeping a watchful eye out for harbor seals. Nearby walks take you past Aldermere Farm and the famous banded cows via the Lily Pond trail through to Camden’s Chestnut historic district. The house is a true oasis from the fast-paced life and a portal to a restorative and peaceful holiday.
