Stayed Jun 29, 2025We stayed in Oceano for the first time on our yearly family vacation. This home accommodated us very well. The location is great, right on the sand. The homeowner is very attentive and communicated with us promptly. The caretaker/housekeeper brought us over some wood for a night time fire. Loved it!!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Our stay at the house was wonderful! It’s located right by the beach, and we had a great time enjoying the ocean. In the evenings, we went into town, which was easily accessible. The house was clean, and the owners were incredibly gracious and amenable. We had no issues with check-in or check-out, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This property is all about the location. If you want to be right on the sand this is a great place. It also has a lot of room for those who vacation together. The down sides are that it is stuck in a 1960 time warp and a lot of the “maintenance” has been sloppy or neglected. It needs a total gut of both bathrooms and the kitchen. We had a good stay and the grandchildren loved walking out the back door to play in the sand.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. We loved that it was right on the beach. There was plenty of room for the eight of us and it had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit.
