Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Grand Shore. This was the 8th house we had stayed in at Cinnamon Shore. Our only complaint was it was the first one to NOT have fans in the rooms. The bunk room downstairs and the sitting room there did have a fan but the main room upstairs and the bedrooms did not. Also the third floor bedroom does not have a closet. It does have a chest of drawers but no way to hang anything up.The house was comfortable though and we did enjoy our stay there.

Reviewer Comments: Our very large family was able to not only stay together in this house but each family had their own bathroom and plenty of room to spread out. Very nice and clean as well. The community was very nice and there was easy access to everything we needed.

We rented this place again for next year. There was a slight roof leak but the management came and looked at it and plan to fix it when it stops raining. The location was perfect. We booked it a gain for next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a couple of issues with this home that impacted our experience negatively. First, the hot water would not last for more than one shower. We only had 6 people stying in this home for 12. Many of us endured cold showers for the duration of our stay. We also could never get the keys to work even though we followed instructions on how to lock and unlock. Also, one of the downstairs rooms had poor ventilation and was always more warm than the rest of the house so one of the guests had to move rooms. Should these issues be fixed for future guests, I would say that otherwise the home is fine. Good location and well appointed for what you would expect at this price point. Unfortunately, the shower issue is just too big to overlook. The guest services teams tried to help and eventually we did get two maintenance workers to research the problem but the issue was never resolved during our stay. The management team from guest services was apologetic and did their best to make amends of the experience after our stay.

Reviewer Comments: beautiful 3 story house worked well for our 4 families. kids loved their bunk room. elevator was convenient. house is very close to and an easy walk to the beach and pools. ice maker didn't seem to be working. we bought bags of ice. pantry in the kitchen would be nice - we were having to store food on the floor! All beds and baths were very nice. Great washer/dryer. Overall loved our vacation. Fun evening activities for the kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 adults and 6 young children enjoyed this property and our stay at CS very much. The one and only issue was the the lack of storage and quality of and placement of cooking items in the kitchen. There is no pantry and all but two small shelves in the kitchen were filled. We brought food to have all of meals at home so the space issue was inconvenient to say the least. The kitchen utensils and cookware are badly in need of a clean out, decluttering and refresh to include kitchen towels- we had three old and stained ones available to us. What we found in the kitchen did not match the quality of the rest of the house nor what could reasonably be expected for a rental in this price range. The website photo showed 3 barstools but there were only two. We did not have enough seating for all of us at the bar and table.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was nice. The house is spacious and inviting. We only have two complaints. 1) I don’t think the floors were clean. All of us had dirty feet after walking around barefooted. 2) there were 12 of us there for 4 nights. We needed toilet paper and some dish soap. We called the office to ask for more and we’re told that we were only allocated 2 rolls and one dish soap. For the amount of $ spent to lease the house I thinkthere should be not limit on toiletries. Other than that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with well supplied kitchen in which to cook our Thanksgiving meal. They even have a collection of Yeti's to take to the beach along with several beach towels. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the front balcony's and loved hearing the ocean waves. We also loved the convenience of renting a golf cart through Cinnamon Shore. It was waiting for us when we arrived and we left it in the driveway when we checked out. Recommend booking a bon fire on the beach with a s'more kit. So fun! Also recommend a voyage on the Red Dragon Pirate Cruise. Our little's dressed in their pirate costumes and had a great time. We had a magical stay at Cinnamon Shores and can't wait to go back!
