Great location! Close to the beach and a game room that was so much fun for the family!

The air hockey table was broken and not really usable, but otherwise the description of the house was spot on. Would recommend using them again.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party and it was perfect! The game room was a HIT! I would definitely stay here again!

Two days before check in I was checking on the site to see what kind of coffee pot was available for use. Then I see that my reservation was canceled! I frantically tried to get help. Chat was no help. Finally reached customer service was told that reservation was canceled due to me not doing a verification. I was never sent a verification email. I had to frantically rebook, so glad it hadn’t been booked by someone else. Then I was told that I had cancelled it. Just a big mess thru VRBO. There was a bedroom downstairs for my dad when I was told there wasn’t. Electricity went out sat night. There was one flashlight without batteries. pool and jacuzzi were a walk away Game room was fun and it had a minfridge.

Our early April trip was awesome. Beach within walking distance. Roomy for 7 adults and a child. Game room was great, as was the kitchen. We had the pool to ourselves, which was clean and hot tub was a hit. Manager was very responsive with our questions. We rented an 8 person golf cart and enjoyed tooling around

The house was just like the photos! It was clean and was a pleasant stay. Really loved the game room! That was the big seller for us. We had some issues with TV connectivity and not enough beach towels but the management company was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly. There are steep stairs from driveway to the main floor and then again up to the sleeping level. Not a problem for us but if you have small children or seniors, you should take note.Overall it was a great stay and we would rent there again!

Location was awesome! A short walk to the beach and not in the middle of party central for spring break! Bedding and pillows were A and I always love a good coffee pot and k cups which they provided. Overall it was a great stay. I would rent again and would recommend it for your stay. As far as suggestions, darts were not in good shape and check in and out information seemed a little difficult to find by using the Vacasa. Seems like with other rentals it has been communicated through Vrbo app. All that said…a great trip!

Bugs in beds so bad that a family couldn’t stay with us. Broken games that we couldn’t play. Just slightly warm water for showers. Very poor communication, with no help.

We all hope to be back! It was a wonderful stay!!

Close to shopping,food and beach. House was clean everything worked and had plenty of room for all 12 of us to get away from each other for a nap or just some quiet time.

Bring your own food and move right in. This is more than just a place to stay! Fully equipped kitchen for those of us who don't like to waste time eating out. Fun walk to the beach. From 17 years old to 70 we all had a blast in the game room. Sleeping arrangements were perfect.

Our family of 7 had a great time at Tiki Time, my granddaughter and grandson really enjoyed the game room, the house was beautiful and comfortable for all of us, the staff was also great, we will definitely be back!

Very nice, comfortable, and clean; plenty of towels provided, as well as kitchen supplies and toiletries. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hockey table, and darts…we played every night. The pool was a nice amenity to enjoy after the beach. Overall, great accommodation! I dropped one star because their mattress weren’t the best.

We loved how close this house was to the beach. A two-minute drive on the cart! Plenty of room for everyone and even 1 or 2 more if needed. The kitchen is kind of small, especially if more than 3 people are trying to be in there at once. Bedroom sizes are decent and the master was the best. The stairs were tiring though. One flight is doable but for elderly guests or anyone with aches or ailments, not the best. The location was the best part. We had a wonderful family trip. Thank you!!

This home was PERFECT for our group of teens! The game room downstairs provided hours of fun for them. Just a couple minutes to the beach as well. Highly recommend this home

I would not recommend this property. The beds are old and horrible. The house is dirty and the furniture is old and dated. Everything we used we had to wash before we used it. There is a bug issue. It’s way over priced for the value. The game room is nice but doesn’t make up for everything else.

Excellent home for large family trip. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Game room was a big hit for both adults and teens. We had an excellent time enjoying this beautiful home.

Tiki time was great for teenagers. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place that was perfect for our family. Nicely decorated and close to everything. It does have stairs, but worked for us. Kids enjoyed the game room. We would stay there again.
