Stayed Jun 26, 2025This was a great stay for my group, and the house was clean when we arrived. The air conditioning went out one night, which was a bit tough, but someone came to fix it very quickly. One of the showers didn’t have any body wash, but overall, the place is in a great location—close to King Street and within walking distance of plenty of food and stores.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024House 64 had rotten window frames and water damage. The frames were so rotten in some rooms that you could see through the wood parts of the window. Shower drains were clogged and would back upHouse 62 had water damage and mildew/mold.A couple of the guests picked up breathing issues while staying in house 62. Definitely something not good in there.The property was in a good location but the condition of the houses and some of the guests getting sick put a damper on things.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024The house was just as described and very comfortable for several adults. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space and it was great to have two houses side by side. The location was perfect to experience King St and the surrounding attractions. The host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024We left early for the Hurricaine coming and they gave us a parital refund. Nice location. Day we left, communication was hard but eventually caught up.

Stayed May 7, 2024The two homes were wonderful and perfectly accommodated our team. Very clean with well appointed kitchens. The great room of the upstairs house was the perfect space for our staff training and development. Easy walking distance to restaurants and amenities. Would stay here again.
