Stayed Sep 25, 2025We really enjoyed this clean and up-to-date property, with lovely individual rooms and a great hangout space for our group. It’s positioning on the road is a little strange as it is behind another house in poor repair, but we actually appreciated the buffer from street noise.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Location is fantastic. It’s very clean but sparsely furnished. Plan to live out of your suitcase. Bring your own ice because there was zero ice when we arrived. We were told that housekeeping may have forgotten to turn the icemaker back on after emptying it which they do in between guests for sanitary purposes. Yet they provide no ice scoop. The kitchen has tons of coffee cups, but little else. Take your kitchen with you. Parking is off street, which is nice. But it’s extremely tight. Practice reversing before you arrive. Beds were super comfy. Bring your own bathroom accessories including towels. You get two towels per bedroom for the entire stay. In their defense they warn you in advance. Just bring plenty of laundry detergent. Overall it’s the perfect example of potential not reached to save a few bucks.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We stayed here for 3 nights for my sister’s bachelorette weekend in Charleston. The home is perfect for a group stay with multiple bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor dining area. There were great spots outside for taking photos too. Check in process was easy, property manager was. Wry communicative and it’s very close to a corner store for food and beverages, a coffee shop around the corner, and 2 blocks from King Street for great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 7, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your Charleston home. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The area is very close to some great restaurants and shops...but also to the college campus. Guests need to be mindful that there is a lot of activity in the area at all hours. If there was any negative negative comment we would make, it would be about the house on the left as you come in the drive. There were lots of college kids staying or perhaps living there which resulted in increased car & foot traffic in this small area. They partied hard until 4 am Saturday night which made it difficult to sleep, but we realize that to no fault of yours.

Stayed Nov 11, 2024We were in Charleston for a real estate convention and originally considered hotel rooms and wondered if it would be possible to find a home close to everything that we could all be together. This was a perfect set up and great location and turned out to be the perfect solution for five coworkers to stay in the same place

Stayed Nov 8, 2024The property was very cute and a nice location where we could walk to one end of King St very easily as well as a longer walk to city market and everything on that end. The host was very accommodating with early check in and a later check out, which we really appreciated. The house was decorated very cute. The only thing was the cleanliness. We did notice a lot of bugs, including a cockroach. The coach was pretty noticeably stained and one of the pillows on the bed had a large stain on it as well. Other than the cleanliness of some things it was a great place to stay.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We had a great stay in Charleston and the house was in a perfect location for the night life. The house had everything we needed and the management staff was extremely accommodating. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Charleston.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024The property was lovely, but Charleston parking is less than convenient. A few minor things needed to be addressed in the property, but overall we had a good experience. Unfortunately we were without WiFi / Internet for the entire stay, supposedly due to weather.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024Our stay in Charleston could have been better. The property was nice and clean upon our arrival. Check-in was also easy. Parking was convenient. Our main purpose was sightseeing and rest. However, due to the presence of roaches AKA “palmetto bugs” we had to secure all of our food in the refrigerator. This included roaches in the kitchen area, i.e. oven, silverware drawers, backsplash, island, counter tops and cabinets. We were appreciative of maintenance responding in a quick manner after our call. Unfortunately, the treatment was not an effective deterrent. We spent the week eating out and keeping our clothes packed away in our suitcases. Our past experiences with VRBO listings/properties have been exceptional, this one could have been better.
