I don’t like giving poor reviews. Our stay was far from good. Not sure why anyone would give it a 5 rating! It was not clean-we had to wash everything we used to eat. Cooking pots were dirty and some unusable, dog food on the floor…..The location was great! Loved Charlevoix!

Everything was great. Would have like to be able to utilize the AC as it was hot during the trip.

The couch bed was very uncomfortable to sit on . The shower area barely big enough to move in. It is really close to everything and the bed was comfortable.

As advertised

The house was the perfect size for me and my dog. It was clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the heater wouldn't kick on until the house was quite chilly, but it wasn't anything too serious. I would stay here again if I come back to Charlevoix.

Adorable little house, everything you need!

This lovely home is in a great location and very comfortable. There was supposed to be 4 of us there, but 2 had to cancel. That worked out great as I think it might have gotten a little cramped with 4 adults. Since the weather was perfect we did not have to utilize AC or heat. The hosts responded to our messages promptly and were especially kind when I informed them that we needed to depart a day early due to personal and family issues back home. I will definitely utilize this home again if I get the chance to get to this beautiful area of northern Michigan. Best rock hunting for us was at Fisherman's Island State Park, which is quite a lengthy drive back and not a lot of parking, so go early!! We did drive over to Petoskey as well as it is only a half hour drive.

Well kept home with a very comfortable bed. Host was quick to respond with my questions.

Front steps were terrible. The top step was too high. The front steps need a hand rail. The front walk at one time seems to have been gravel. Now it is dirt and weeds. Arms on the rocking chair were very loose. We were afraid to use it for fear of breaking the arms. The futon was thin and lumpy and hard to sit on.

Perfect spot for the two of us. Super close to the harbor/downtown. Ice cream shop with picnic tables less than a block away. Amish style shop less than a block with sandwiches made to order.The only negative is how tiny the bathroom is.We loved it

This place worked so well for my family! In walking distance to downtown and all the local restaurants. We enjoyed our time here.

I really, this is a nice little place to stay, especially because of its location in Charlevoix. The only thing that we didn't like was that the place was unclean in some areas. The bathroom had hairs in the tub, there was dust around the bathroom mirror, and the and the AC unit was filled with dust, which we had to remove ourselves. Aside from those things, we still enjoyed our time there and are grateful for their response when we needed something.

Host very responsive. Problems adressed very quickly. I sent my daughter and her children up for a ladies only homeschool trip, and they had a blast. Everything worked, very charming site.

Over all it was an okay stay. It was a good thing we were just using it as a place to sleep. House is very small. I think a hotel room is bigger. The house is not meant for younger kids. House has a window AC unit. When we arrived AC was off. House was very hot and muggy and smelled of mildew. The house triggered my allergies.

I was in between places and wanted something cute and small and central. It was everything.

It was a really nice, comfortable small house. Close to downtown, so quick access to restaurants and shopping.

This house was perfect for our little family. Location was great being just minutes from downtown. We had an issue which the owner did her best to resolve and got back to me very quickly. Highly recommend this cozy vrbo

Very nice, Perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Very close ( walkable) to downtown Charlevoix. Unit need more forks and serving bowls.

The house is well equipped for a stay that includes activities away from the house. It is not a property that lends itself to relaxing on-site (no outdoor furniture or space). Convenient to downtown and very clean.

This cute little house is exactly what we needed for our weekend trip for a wedding. My husband and I traveled with our two kiddos. There was the perfect amount of space for us to sleep, and we could prepare meals in the stocked kitchen. The house was welcoming, comfy, and super clean. We’re already talking about our next trip to Charlevoix and we hope to stay here again!

This house was in a great location, just about a 10 minute walk to all the shops downtown. The house had everything you needed and it was an easy process to get in. The only downside is that the shower is TINY! I’m a short/relatively small person and felt like I didn’t have much room to maneuver. If you’re a larger person, you may have trouble fitting. Would suggest the owners think about expanding it where they currently have shelves and just get an over the toilet rack to put the towels on instead. Other than that, we enjoyed our time at the cabin and in Charlevoix!

Great property to experience The beautiful essence of summer Charlevoix. restaurants the lake and other amenities very close. everything one could need for a visit. would recommend

Cute spot close to downtown and beaches

We really liked the location of this house. We especially enjoyed the snacks that were left for us. We thought the house was super nice and served us for what we wanted.
