This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

We visited Greenbank to meet our new granddaughter. We have stayed at this location before and the location makes it very easy for us to see our family and visit the island. A few issues were handled as soon as we called. The home is not the most modern but the double kitchens and the large rooms, along with the great view make it well worth the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is as advertised. There were some communication hiccups but they were resolved quickly. The team saved our Memorial Day by bringing a spare propane tank for the grill when the one on premises turned out empty (grill was not advertised so we shouldn't have expected it to work at all).
We love this place. It was absolutely perfect with one exception...The master bedroom had a really bad fly problem. We constantly had 3-4 flies buzzing around. We would kill them and then there would be more. We had no idea where they were coming from, and when we called the property manager, they told us they were sorry. They also said they could have someone come out but that it wouldn't do any good because there are times of the year when that happens.
Communication with Tara, the property management company, was good. The location of 192 Greenbank Getaway is excellent and the neighborhood is good. The property is comfortable and served our purposes well. The reason I did not give an overall 5 star rating is that one bathroom has a leaking toilet that, judging by the floor and the grouting lines, has been leaking for some time. I call the management office and a Handyman was sent to do repairs. Handyman was not so handy. The toilet was still leaking when we checked out.
We came from Eastern WA to visit friends who live on the island. The rental was perfect for our small family. We had everything we needed.
Changes in our plans required finding a location close to our family in Greenbank. This home provided us with everything we required. The house was very clean, had a kitchen on both floors, a lovely deck with a great view, and full bathrooms on both floors. There was no cable TV but a very nice selection of movies and the music selection of CD's was awesome. Not the fanciest home I've stayed at but for the money it was 5 Stars.
We stayed in this Greenbank property in August. It is pretty well centrally located on the island making it easy to get to the north end where Oak Harbor and Deception Pass are as well as the south end where Langley and Clinton (the ferry) are. The location is off the main road, has views of the water, and is very quiet. We enjoyed access to two kitchens and two bathrooms, and would stay here again if given the opportunity.
Our second time staying here because it is within walking distance of our son’s house and we were continuing to help him build his deck. Very clean, great view and excellent communication.
Our son lives very close to this house. It was a perfect place for us to stay while we helped him build his deck. Loved the view, very quiet and the art work in the house is very nice. We will stay here again.
Very convenient to have 2 separate living spaces (upstairs/downstairs) each with own bath and kitchen. Needs new mattresses on both beds and new pillows.
This property was great, for what we needed. My only concern was coming down the steps in front, the first step coming off the lower landing is a bigger drop than one might expect. Me, my son and daughter-in-law almost fell multiple times, even after we realized what a big drop it was. I would just hate for someone to fall.
We always stay here, because it's close to family and has everything we need. This time, we had a couple of minor issues. First, the kitchen floor upstairs was not clean. It had a gross film on it. Some of the dishes were not clean. We had to wash everything before we used it. And then the Carbon Monoxide alarm was expired for 3 years and decided to sound off while we were there. The on call help line was great about helping us promptly.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, loved the location and view from balcony is beautiful, loved the 2 kitchen, stairs were bit of challenge.
