Pets are not allowed to be left alone inside the house or any rooms without their own crates. Any damage to walls, furniture, doors, etc will be charged to the guests.

A New Hot Tub has been Installed - Come and Relax, sitting in the hot tub on our deck overlooking the Puget Sound w/ views of the mountains.
Please rinse off or shower before entering hot tub to ensure it remains clean.
No Glass in, on, or around the hot tub. There's plastic cups available.
No Pets in the Hot Tub!
The hot tub is continuously cleaned. If the hot tub appears to need cleaning at the beginning of your stay, please let us know immediately. If the hot tub requires additional draining and cleaning due to soilage, spills, or any urine/feces, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for $200.
Pets
* Small sized (20 pounds max) pets are allowed - Non-shedding and hypoallergenic only please.
* Pet fee of $150 are required and pets must be requested AND Approved ahead of time. Automatic $250 pet fee will be charged for each pet that is NOT approved and Pre-Paid for ahead of time.
* Pets must remain off all furniture.
* Pets must be cleaned-up after; otherwise, cleaner will charge additional fees for residue or waste that is left behind. Any and all pet hair, messes inside and outside, must be cleaned up. Any remaining signs of pets, smells, hairs, etc may be charged extra for cleaning and/or damage.
* Cleaning supplies are available on site
* Please enjoy and treat this home as your own. The neighbors on each side are very nice and we want to maintain good relationships. As such, any noise complaints will not be tolerated, and we ask that all outdoors activities end by 10pm, unless continued under quiet guidelines. Violations may require eviction from the home if repeated. Absolutely zero parties with outside guests are allowed.
*Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors during quiet hours.

Pictures of the home were as advertised! Clean, beautiful and newly remodeled. The view from the living room and deck was beautiful and serene! Communication with the property manager was excellent! We left a couple important items behind and I received a call from the property manager shortly after we checked-out. I didn’t answer the call since it was from a number I was not familiar with. But he followed up with a text. This was much appreciated! The only thing I would recommend for this home is to put up blinds and curtains for all the rooms/doors with windows. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
We enjoyed this lovely property. The view from the spacious deck was awesome. We enjoyed watching 3 deer in the yard from the deck. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable.
We had a lovely stay and the description aligned well with real life! We loved the deck that was like another big room with a hot tub and comfy seating. The view of the water was just as shown on the listing. Kitchen was well equipped--from cooking seasonings to pans--with a nice sized fridge. If you are a light sleeper and wake up with the sun, you probably should bring eye masks.
We spent 2 nights here in May for a quick trip to Whidbey Island. The house was in a great location on the island - not too far from everywhere. The kids bedroom was phenomenal. My 8yo son really enjoyed the bunk beds and there were lots of games and books for him to enjoy. Kitchen was well-equipped and the two other bedrooms were comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Whidbey Island.
We stayed here with family for a cousin's wedding and had a great stay! There were 5 of us total (adults) so the bunk room wasn't ideal for 2 of us but it worked just fine. Loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living area with beautiful views of the water. We loved to drink our coffee on the deck every morning! Seamless check-in and check-out, and great communication throughout. The place was incredibly clean with brand new appliances throughout. Would stay here again!
The property was very clean and it was a really nice place with a beautiful view of Saratoga Passage. The neighbors I met were really friendly. There are many dogs in the neighborhood, as well as deer who came into the yard daily. There is a nice beach down a hill called Hidden Beach that after you park - you see a road to your left. Very quiet place with occasional dog barking, but it was ok. I would recommend adding a toaster (someone reviewed this property and had said the same thing). But overall I would definitely rent again! The property manager was awesome and fast to respond. That was very appreciated. Highly recommended!!!
We loved being able to walk the dogs at Greembankfarms then grab breakfast at the Bistro before exploring the Island. The home was spotless and freshly renovated, which was wonderful.
The house was beautiful and just as pictured. Beds were comfortable and the home was cozy feeling. Cons: no toaster, no oven mitts, no plunger- we had to go buy one after the toilet clogged with #1, bath tubs leaks when kiddos take a bath Only one bathroom- it was advertised as one bathroom but really made a difference when traveling with a family of 5.
