Great rates! 5 stars! Located in Eastpoint just minutes to SGI & Apalachicola

We loved staying at this property. We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Quiet area. Hosts were very attentive. Only reason we gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because we would have preferred being able to set AC colder. It is controlled to not be set cooler than 71 and we like it cooler after hot days on the beach and on the boat.

Not familiar with Eastpoint but being a Floridian from Tarpon Springs needed get away from hurricane damageelectric grid at our home.this location was super.House was clean and comfortableHosts were easy to communicate with.Nice

Wonderful getaway! Perfect location, house is so clean and we feel comfortable and safe there. So thankful to be able to bring our dog with us. Hosts are wonderful. Definitely plan to return!

Coastal Simplicity was the perfect spot for our stay in Eastpoint. Close to the island for beach fun, but quiet and laid back in a nice community. The home is beautiful and set up with everything we didn't think to pack. We enjoyed a fire on the deck and coffee on the porch with the water view. Definitely recommend!

My two girlfriends and I had a short girls trip to the St George Island area, and this house was perfect! Price, location, comfort, safety and so much more! The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay!!!

Awesome house in a great location. Wish I could rate cleanliness higher than 5 stars. Host communication was excellent. Easily accommodated all our requested changes to include a last minute date change due to westher. Eill definitely stay here again.

We had a great little 3 night getaway! Home was very clean and owner extremely accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed the area. We limited out on redfish each day just from fishing on the shore bayside! Also caught a few trout and flounder! We will definitely be back and hope the home is available for our next stay!
