Great Ranch Style Home In Edgartown W/ Gas Grill & Dog Friendly

This is an older place with old furnishings, but is clean and a good home base for a trip.

Just finished up a family stay. Plenty of room for everyone. House is well supplied with everything you need including linens, which is not typical on the island. House is also well stocked with games and puzzles for when the weather doesn’t cooperate. You also couldn’t ask for a better location, short walk to town, restaurants, Stop and Shop and a bus stop for every destination on the island is at the end of the street which made it very convenient to visit the island without a car. Highly recommend staying here, kids are already asking when we can come back.

Good size kitchen, family room, deck and bathroom. Ability to walk to town was key. Recommend installing an outdoor shower.

A skunk sprayed the entrance to the home and it was awful. The house was fine, but our stay was bad because of the skunk.

This house was perfect for our family. Clean well kept. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for family with young kids!

The house was clean and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. There was constant communication leading up to check in and then check out. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to town. Would definitely stay here again!

From check in process to check out, it was incredibly easy and convenient. House is conveniently located near downtown Edgartown which made it super easy! We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard was key, super dog friendly. Overall was a great stay and would stay again! Thank you for a great trip!

Was really impressed with the thought and effort that went into making things seamless and easy. All the cupboards in kitchen were labeled with their contents. All the light switches labeled to what they control. Extra trash bags and paper towels were provided. Plenty of towels available for bath/beach. Laundry in basement. Board games in the living room for the kids. Extra beach chair. Hose spicket for rinsing feet off coming back from beach. House was clean and ready. 10 minute walk to center of town; 15 minutes to the harbor. 3 miles,10 min drive to South Beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Nice front yard. Our dog appreciated having some space to lounge on the lawn, front porch and back deck. The backyard was not 100% fenced in (think it was being fixed??) but a friendly dog from the neighbors made its way into our yard to say hi one day, lol. Would certainly recommend for a small family and would stay here again. Thank you!

Starting off, the process of check-in was very pleasant with great communication. The house was clean, in-order, and inviting. The location of the house is close enough for an easy walk to downtown, but still far enough for privacy. We do not have any complaints, and would stay at this house again.
