Great neighborhood! 3 bed 2 full bath close to shopping, restaurants, U of I

Great location. In a quiet neighborhood that is close to shops and less than ten minutes away from campus.

We had 5 adults in our group and we came to visit my son and his fiance, It was a perfect place to hang out with them. It was close to everything also. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Overall, the house was nice and clean. The area is near campus and there are several restaurants just down the road. The owner was responsive and very kind.

This was my first Vrbo booking and I am shocked at how wonderful this property was. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to every part of Champaign and Urbana. The house was clean, extremely spacious and full of extra amenities including a large extra dining/gathering area off the kitchen, an enclosed patio room and multiple streaming services on the tv's. The host was quick to respond before my arrival and prompt with check in and check out instructions. I will definitely try to use the property in the future.

Came for U of I commencement. House provided adequate space and our stay was fine. Somewhat disappointed in lack of care given to the yard. Would have wanted to spend more time outside. Overall our stay was good.

Everything worked out perfectly. We were able to spend time with our family at the property and be within 15 minutes of the venue. Also, we had a chance to visit the campus and areas surrounding.

We had a wonderful stay with my sister and dad. He wanted to come back to Champaign one more time since he was born and raised here. The house was a perfect location to everything. The owner was so nice and responded quickly to any questions we had! If we ever went back, we would definitely stay here again!

Big, clean and all we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels and comfortable furniture. Nice fenced back yard. Convenient to U of I campus.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The house was clean with plenty of space. There were a couple items missing to complete the kitchen such as a colander and baking sheet, but these are easily fixable. The location is great, not too far away from campus and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. I recommend to anyone needing a place in the area.

This house was the perfect place for us to gather for the holidays with family members who live in town. The host was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great place for families during Illini events such as sporting events and family weekends.

We needed 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a place to make Christmas dinner, play games, and watch movies. This house fit the bill!

The house is conveniently located to UIUC activities but away from the bustle. It was spacious enough for five adults. Functionality was great. Hosts provided extra conveniences such as laundry detergent and softener sheets, dish soap, paper towels, bottles of water, snacks, etc. There were plenty of linens and cookware. Though the kitchen cabinets and some of the bedroom furniture are old, and the dining area is equipped with a folding table and chairs, the home is very clean. We found the dining area to be quite functional and spacious for eating and playing games. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are newer. The water is hot and the water pressure is great. The kitchen dining set has been upgraded from the advertisement to a glass top table and four chairs. My young adults really enjoyed the sofa and love seat in the living room as they are built for relaxation with recliners, cup holders, and reading lights. Both the living room and kitchen felt larger in person than they appeared in pictures. We did not travel with pets or children, but I imagine the house and lot are friendly to both. There is a nice high chair in the dining area. I gladly give the home and host five stars for cleanliness, appointments, and value. Thank you!

Stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend. It was the perfect house for our family while we were visiting family. Easy to check in and it had everything we needed.

Absolutely loved the home, very cozy and surprisingly spacious. Very clean and organized. The reclining sofa was the icing on the cake.

We were in town for the U of I vs Purdue game with teenage sons. We brought a small trailer that we used to tailgate that fit well in the driveway. The stadium was exactly 3 miles away and a straight run down Kirby so we couldn’t get lost. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs. There is a vintage and old neighborhood feel to the house. There is also a Panera and Dominos a couple blocks away which was convenient. We hope to stay here again for Dad’s wkend or Graduation.

Located close to Memorial Stadium, great location for a football weekend.

House was very clean, stocked with the basics (TP, Paper Towels, Spices), close to UIUC campus and restaurants. Host was very quick to respond to questions. It is an older house and somethings are a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend visit with my UIUC student.

Great spot for an Illini reunion. Close enough to campus for easy car access and far enough to get away from the madness. The house is clean, well maintained and in a nice quiet neighborhood.
