Great Location In Downtwn Douglas. Safe, sanitized and ready for your getaway.

This was a wonderful home very close to downtown Douglas and a short drive to Saugatuck. It had everything we needed including being very accommodating to our two dogs. The owner, Ronel, was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. I highly recommend this home with its cute, private patio and a large, private backyard.

Very comfortable, great location and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our weekend get-a-way!

The house is better than the photos show. Cute side patio to let the dogs out easily. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. One block walking distance to an excellent coffee shop with good food. The location of this home is perfect as home base to visit Saugatuck, Holland, and South Haven! Minutes away from Oval Beach, many delicious restaurants in Saugatuck. Lovely views of many marinas, the Kalamazoo River and Lake Michigan. In the early evening, before sunset, near Mt Baldhead lookout, there are so many deer in the front lawns of homes, it was awesome to see! We even saw a deer across the street from this home in a neighbor's yard! We had a fabulous stay at this home in Douglas, Michigan and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for a week in September and it was perfect for us. The home had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing stay. The location is fantastic. Not only is there so much to do in the area but Douglas and the neighborhood has great walkabiity and is super dog friendly. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here again.

Unlike so many rentals we’ve stayed in, this one looks just like the pictures and is everything it claims to be. The minute we arrived it felt like home. I was immediately impressed by the tasteful decor, real furniture, and well stocked kitchen; my husband was just happy that I didn't spend the first hours of our vacation scrubbing a bathroom or sink. There is plenty space for two, and two more could be easily accommodated. It’s a short walk to the eateries/shops on Center Street, but most nights we enjoyed home made meals on the peaceful and private patio. Host is an excellent communicator and replied to my dumb questions quickly. I am already missing the king bed in the master bedroom and looking forward to hopefully returning next year.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during my son’s wedding weekend at The Ivy House in Saugatuck! Very clean! Relaxing atmosphere!! The neighborhood was awesome and walking distance to the quaint Douglas downtown. Downtown Saugatuck is a two minute drive.

This property is situated near downtown Douglas. Walkable to restaurants, a coffee shop, art galleries, and Kalamazoo lake, which is a huge bonus. The outdoor patio/zen garden is was wonderful and peaceful. The backyard area was a little overgrown and needs some love, but enjoyed it regardless. The house was what I expected and it was mostly clean, but could really use a deep clean. There were cobwebs and dust lining fixtures, artwork and doorframes. The property owner is very communicative and I’m sure if I messaged him about the cleaning he would’ve sent someone over. Overall, we did have a good stay and these little things did not hinder anything. Honestly, if the backyard was spruced up and the master bedroom got an updated look it would elevate this place so so much!

This home had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was awesome. We have stayed in some larger and more expensive rentals with our extended family that were far less equipped! We highly recommend this home!

Went for a few days during Tulip Time in nearby Holland. Great location and easy access to highways and local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with easy walking for the dogs. Close by art galleries and coffee houses...great way to relax and enjoy. Nice appliances in the kitchen and nice backyard for the dogs.

As usual we had an awesome vacation! The house is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown. Fenced in backyard for our fur babies. Ronel is the best host and makes sure your every need is met. Thank you Ronel for another wonderful tripe 😊

My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Douglas. Safe and quiet neighborhood. So close to Saugatuck too. The house offered everything you could need. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Great communication. Highly recommend.

The host is an amazing communicator and extremely prompt in any/all correspondence. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed and living room cozy. We adored sitting on the patio that was quiet early morning, afternoon and evening. If you are looking for a property that checks all the boxes and is walking distance to everything Douglas, look no further. Showers are set up with Aveda products that made showering in the morning wonderful.

The stay was excellent. The photos don't reflect how nice the house really is. Bed was very comfortable which is so important to us. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

This property was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The nice sized fenced in yard was a safe place for our little dogs and they had a wonderful time. We spent most of our time on the beautiful fenced in Patio. Location! Location! Location! This home is in a really nice clean neighborhood a block from Downtown Douglas and close to Saugatuck, Holland, and shopping. We will definitely be staying here next August, Thank You Ronel.

House is well-equipped, perfect walkable location, lovely outdoor seating and gardens, communicative and kind host. Staying here is one of our favorite annual traditions!
