Great for ATV's and TOY'S! Rent 6 nights and 7th is free!

The property itself is in a beautiful location. However, be prepared to walk into a nightmare beyond that. The two biggest issues are how (and if) the host will communicate with you as well as the broken ac unit. As you may know, Colorado is having one of their hottest summers in awhile. We paid double what most places cost because this place offers ac. What the listing doesn’t state is the air conditioner is broken, the host is aware of it, and you won’t find out until after they have your money. We also reached out to Vrbo support because we wanted to leave and spent almost 3 hours with them trying to reach the host, but she wouldn’t communicate. We were over our budget and couldn’t afford to go anywhere else unless we could get a refund. It was 90 degrees in the home for awhile and didn’t get below 85 degrees until after midnight. We had to open all windows and use a few fans they had to try to circulate the air from outside (even though it was 80 degree air it was cooler than the sauna inside). In the end, we couldn’t go anywhere, the host wasn’t responsive, they were aware and admitted they knew the ac was broken, but somehow they kept all the money and we got stuck. We were even called bullies for asking for a discount or a refund to go elsewhere. There were some other issues - the shower head in the master isn’t attached properly and will fall on you, bugs (we can deal with that because we live in the country but some folks don’t care for them so I mention them), etc.

Everything one needs is on the property! There is no rival for the Mountain View! From any window on the property, one can see the misty, snow-capped mountainsides! Comfortable beds and full bathrooms with full washer and dryer made coming home rested and rejuvenated possible!

This was a much needed quiet night in a lovely house. The view from the back door was spectacular. Very restful. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was nice.

Beautiful property! Quiet area with a scenic view. The host let us know she was nearby is we needed anything and left her number. This house was perfect for our little family vacation.

Front door lock gave us problems. So we were afraid to lock ourselves out. Other items need attention. Patio furniture.

This home was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving holiday gathering - the home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had nearly everything we needed for cooking all of our meals, and the setting was spectacular. Rhonda was very communicative and helpful when booking our reservation. We would definitely stay again!

Nice house, fabulous view of the Collegiate Peaks, lots of parking, comfortable bed, nice sized kitchen, clen, close to BV but far enough to be out of the hustle and busyle. Very private.

The house is in a very quiet area. I did not like my credit card being charged the entire amount for my stay 134 days before my check in date. Doing so is a poor policy in my opinion.

This is our third time stay here. We love it. Easy check in, very comfortable beds, and plenty of room.

We stayed with our adult children and pupper for 3 nights. I doubt there is a better view in the valley. The home was well appointed and I was able to make hearty breakfasts for our family before heading out for our daily adventures. The home was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were able to have lovely walks in the area Staying on 4th of July weekend was a plus! We were able to watch the stellar BV fireworks from the deck.

What a wonderful place to spend our vacation in Buena Vista! The house was clean and well stocked with anything we might have needed including dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking dishes, towels and appliances! It is nestled in a private area so you don’t get thru traffic yet close enough to shops annd food ans well and then you step out the back and WOW!!!! The view is amazing no matter what the weather is like and then you also get the opportunity to see wildlife in the early mornings and evening. The host was great and answered any questions we had and we were sad to go.

I had a great stay for a weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable. Private location but still close to town and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. The views out back were absolutely incredible! Will definitely stay again when traveling to that area.

The pictures don't do the view justice!! Seriously, we could've sat staring at the view the entirety of the stay.Otherwise plenty of space, amenities, and a great location. Plenty of room for the puppies to play! Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks again for the stay, Rohnda!

Awesome vacation spot to relax and enjoy, very peaceful and beautiful outdoor setting. Has everything you need. Hosts were extremely helpful.

We were in town for an event and this getaway was a perfect end of day escape for some quiet time before the next day. The views were incredible!

Nice house. Great location. Perfect for hanging out and using as a home base for Mt Princeton Hot Springs, the Drive In Movie theater, Midland Tunnels, jeepIng to Tin Cup, feeding the chipmunks in St Elmo, and lots of great restaurants like Crave for dinner and Rooster’s Crow cafe for breakfast. Overall great family fun trip.

Will definitely book here again next time we are out west. Loved the solitude of the property and the breathtaking views of the mountains from the porch.

Great location for our off road adventures, plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers.

It was very relaxing.

We spent 15 nights here. The location was great. The views were awesome. The home was well stocked with all essentials. Loads of parking for our vehicle and side by side and it's trailer. The washer & dryer worked great and perfectly located in the master bedroom bathroom. The host reached out to us shortly after our arrival to find out if we needed anything and if we needed trash pickup. Highly recommend this home - only 5 mins from Johnson Village and 10 mins from Buena Vista - BIG plus.

House was great, had everything we needed: Pros: Amazing view and very private property. Owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. The lady that was cleaning when we arrived early was very nice and let us put our groceries in the refrigerator. Plenty of parking for all of our trailers, jeeps, and tow rigs. House was stocked with TP, paper towel and kitchen necessities. Other: No real cons. House is not fancy, but very functional. Towels need an upgrade.
