Great Family Beach House with Ocean View. Close to town and Pet friendly.

As always a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

I can never say enough good things about staying here. The house has a cozy at home feeling and the backyard is wonderful for my dog. Sue if you ever decide to sell this house I will be first in line to buy it.

A wonderful place to stay. Sue was was excellent as the host and made us feel very welcome as guests here and was alway available to answer our guestions. In fact I enoyed my stay here so much that I bought a house in Bandon a few miles away. Thanks Sue for helping to make this such a great experience.

Thanks Bennett & Sue for sharing this home with us. We had plenty of space with comfortable seating, short walk to cliff trails and stairs to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Old Town, having Fish & Chips, great espresso along with some of the best cinnamon rolls.This was our 1st trip to the Oregon Coast but won't be our last. Thia home waa comfortable and worked well for our family. We didn't need the items for younger kids but they seemed well prepared.

Great location

Nice though some improvements are needed. Two inside bathrooms would be nice for a property that can accommodate so many people. Going out to the garage in the middle of the night was a little scary

It was a great stay!

Very comfortable, well stocked with tissue, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, clocks, movies, towels and bedding. Clean, quiet, private, fun 80's retro vibe. Great to have second bathroom! Upstairs so fun, even for our 24 yr old :-) Comfortable beds too! We could have used a couple of portable fans for ventilation. The set up for vcr/dvd was pretty crazy, we had a tough time getting it to work, but had some techy folks with us so it was all good. Wouldn't normally be a priority but it was raining, ha!

We had great communication with Sue, the host and asked for early check in which she gave us and it made a really big difference. The location is amazing! Beautiful big house on a large lot. Check in couldn’t be any easier. Doggy door to the backyard was great and our dogs really enjoyed the large backyard, however the pet fee is the highest I’ve ever been charged in a rental and we have done many! Living room was nice and big with big windows facing the ocean. The couches were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Beds were super comfortable as well. The main bathroom is small so without the extra bathroom in the garage it wouldn’t work for more people, so that was a nice add on. Slightly inconvenient to have to go to the garage but it worked for us. A couple little suggestions that guests might appreciate. It is COLD in Bandon. The heaters didn’t seem to heat the house very well so warm clothes needed. Also, we love to watch a movie after a full day and the TV is very small. We had to pull it closer to the couches to make it comfortable to watch. Everything in the kitchen was fine, we found what we needed when we wanted to cook. There is no garbage disposal which made it a little bothersome because we cooked a lot and were there for seven days. I mention the few little things that were slightly inconvenient for us upon owners request for honest feedback. But overall we absolutely loved our stay, the location and the house and would definitely stay again!

property and house were amazing! the shower/bath in the garage was a little weird at first. it turned out in the end to be the favorite spot - private, quiet , peaceful, and away from the activities inside the home :) children had so much fun in their own privacy hangout up stairs. views of the beach and the sunsets were also fabulous. everyone did not want to leave at check out. even the dog wanted to stay :) lol

It is a great location, comfy beds and plenty of things to keep you busy. However it wasn’t the best house for our crew….as we are, elderly. So the additional beds were of no use to any of use. If the stairs had any sort of railings, we might have fought over who got to sleep up there. But we all are past the age to manage those stairs. Too bad as I did go up and it is a cute area. We didn’t have a problem with the bathroom in the garage…..actually liked the bathtub better that the one inside. Again….better choice as it does have a bar you can use for a little extra stability. I should also mention that the front room furniture was very attractive and quite comfortable. We had a lot of conversation about your mammoth coffee table. The glossy top is a work of art! We had some issue with all your little throw rugs….didn’t seem necessary and are famous in our age group as tripping hazards. Yeah, our ages come into play again. One other thing we noticed is so much of the things such as spices, condiments and such are quite outdated. I was sorely tempted to do a clearing out for you….but decided I would be overstepping usual boundaries. So just a quick mention. I do not mean to sound critical as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again for helping me cope with my first go at getting everything arranged. Enjoy your life, Dixie

This was a family reunion to say good bye to Grammy. She passed away last year. She lived in Bandon for several years.

As always this is a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful home and literally a walk across the street to the beach. Definitely planning my next stay.

Very clean and well stocked with all kitchen items. Second bedroom in the garage is a little inconvenient but still useful. Close proximity to the beach. No view but very walkable. Comfortable furniture

Every stay at this house does not disappoint. Cozy with lovely fenced backyard for my dog. Already planning when to come back next year.

Absolutely amazing location. 12 min drive to the best golf resort in the world, walking distance to a great local restaurant and the beach. House was perfect myself and three friends. Great communication up to and during the trip with hosts. They even put up some birthday decorations for me! Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Home was close to the beach and near Old Town Bandon. It contained everything we needed for our stay.

The house is more spacious than it appeared on the site. The furnishings are quite comfortable and the kitchen space quite useful. The decor is very beachy. We had a grandtime.

We spent quality time with our adult children. Wonderful home great location. Home is perfect for a large family. Yard is great for the dogs. Short walk to the ocean. We watched a beautiful sunset on our last night. Close enough to town for a bike ride. Short drive for the rest of us.
