Great property, great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful Spring Break trip here.

Place was spotless, beautiful and had everything you could possibly need! Would stay here again on our next trip!

The location is great, the house has everything you need and is cozy! The beds are comfortable and the showers don’t lack in hot water like many others. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, pier and places to eat, especially morning coffee runs.

We loved the Dolphin Cottage! So close to everything and yet quiet and private.

We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. They had a good stay, as did we. The cottage.is charming and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for sharing your vacation cottage. This is our second stay and originally I did not want to return to Folly Beach, but reconsidered and I am glad.

The house was perfectly located to walk to the beach and to town! Also really appreciated being able to bring the fur babies. The yard was perfect for them. Loved our stay!

Great spot close to town! We were able to walk to get coffee, shoot hoops, eat, and go to the beach. Only 20 minutes from Charleston!

This was a very nice place to stay while visiting Folly Beach. The house was well stocked with necessities and super clean. It was also very close to the beach.

Wonderful, cozy home that had lots of nice home-y touches and was ideally situated with an easy walk to the beach or to the shops/restaurants. We enjoyed the pirate mermaid festival on the Main Street and loved the cute nautical themed rooms with little fish everywhere. The kids especially loved being there and were super sad to leave when check out day arrived. We would definitely rent this place again if it’s available the next time we are in the area.

The house is a very short walk to a nice portion of the beach. The house is charming and decorated as a beach house. We enjoyed the entire stay and plan to choose that house again next year when we return to Folly Beach.

We loved the location being just a couple blocks from center street and a couple blocks from the beach access. House was equipped with everything you need and more- additional bathroom hygiene items, greatly stocked dishes and kitchen items, etc. The deck and the yard was WONDERFUL- looked so much bigger in person. We loved the additional items for the beach- such a sweet touch in case you forgot to bring an item for yourself or kids. The owners were easy to contact. We had a great time!!!

Enjoy being close to Center, Street, also close to beach. It was my daughter‘s 16th birthday.

Was looking for a property right by the ocean, so a map picture or aerial picture would it help to know I was going to stay 3 blocks from the beach!

Perfect location with easy walk to the beach and town. Well appointed cabin with lots of homey touches. We did not have to purchase or bring any basic supplies which was much appreciated. We had such a great time with our grandkids and 10/10 hope to stay here again.

We loved coming back to Dolphin Cottage for the 3rd time. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. The house was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. The location is great - easy walking distance to the beach, Bert's, and Center Street. Looking forward to returning.

Cozy and roomy

The property is as advertised. Dolphin Cottage is in an excellent location. A quieter section of beach is just steps away, as well as plenty of dining options. The property is clean and comfortable, with ample space for a family stay. We had an amazing weekend! We would definitely stay again.

We loved our cute little home away from home on Folly Island. Dolphin Cottage had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach and main part of town. We had a blast!

Nice quite place with a great location . We didn’t not spend to much time at the house but it’s quite , safe and easy to check in.

This was a high school graduation trip for my granddaughter and her best friend. Her mother and I went along. The house was wonderful! The area could not have been better. Location was perfect.

This was the first time we traveled for our spring break and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Being from the NE, we are patiently awaiting warmer weather so SC was a great place to find it! Folly Beach is a great beach town with lots of shopping and many fun and interesting places to eat. The city has an eclectic vibe that reminded us of Austin and we loved it. We explored Graffiti walk and Morris Beach/Island. We walked all over the town and explored every inch of Center Ave.We loved the proximity to Charleston and spent a day there which is amazing in itself. Our kids asked if we could come back next year and make it our spring breaks tradition:)

Clean lovely space with large common living room, dining space and kitchen. We had 5 adults and one child, and we had a blast. The art was so much fun, and we appreciated the beach toys and easy access to all things on Folly.

We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this stands out as one of the better places we’ve ever stayed. Well equipped, great location, and very responsive hosts. My husband and I and our 3 adult girls stayed at the cottage over Thanksgiving week. The location is ideal. Walk to the beach, walk into town and Charelston is only a 20 minute drive. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of towels, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc…..we would definitely stay again.

My wife and I were visiting my son at Charleston and decided to stay on Folly Island. The home was in a perfect location to walk to both the beach and town. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a cute house! Beachy colors and arty items all over. House was very comfortable for my family reunion. The master bedroom bathroom had sinks on 2 different walls, so those counters were very large and separated, so 2 people could easily spread their toiletries out. It also had its own door to the deck, which was very nice to sit on in the morning. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were all in one open space, so it was easy to connect with each other. The living spaces are all on one level. The only stairs to climb are the few that go up to the front door. The beach is a very short walk away, as is the downtown area. No need to drive any where. Which means you don't have to pay to park!

Great house for a one-family stay. Perfect if you don’t want to do stairs. Close to the beach!! Exceptionally clean. The owner was very responsive. I had no issues whatsoever with the house. It was a great stay. Thanks to the owner and the property manager for helping make this a great vacation. Ice maker in fridge works great. No need to buy ice!!! PS. You don’t need beach chairs or skim boards - there are at least 5 chairs at the house. My only complaint would be with the town police department for not making any effort to enforce the speed limit on these roads, which should really be a priority given that there are no sidewalks and everyone is walking into town.

We loved the Dolphin house! Great location and perfect our our quick family get away!

This home was perfect for our family of 4. Super clean, full kitchen sets for cooking and dining, everything in working order. We typically stay one block closer, but the extra little walk was nothing. Highly recommend, and we will rent again if available for our timing!
