Great family 5 bedroom Beach home

We absolutely loved the hatchlings house! The house is beautifully decorated and has such a fun history as being one of the original houses on the island. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Host was super communicative and house is very well stocked and organized.

We loved the Hatchling House! It was a great location and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the family for meals and fun evenings and were as for the three golf carts.

We had an awesome vacation. The place is in a great location centrally located between the market, shops, and the beach.

Sharon was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Property was clean and had all the supplies needed for a week away. Would definitely come back. We had a great time!

A long needed vacation in a gorgeous beach house is what my mates and I needed and it’s what we got! Excellent communication and a full set of all the items one could need to enjoy your time at the beach.

Wonderful house that is very comfortable. 3 Golf carts was super helpful. The location is perfect to the beach and golf club.

Baldhead Island is the best beach in North Carolina for nature lovers! We enjoyed the many bicycles for exploring the island. A very short Walk to the beach. The great room kitchen dining room combo is Perfect for cooking family meals, and hanging out with everyone.

We’ve enjoyed this family friendly beach home for the second time. We’ve vacationed at BHI for many years, and this home is one of our favorites due to location and inviting home.

We had a fabulous stay at this charming classic old bald head home. It’s a home. The owners take so much pride in stocking this home with amazing items. How many times have you rented a home and 1/2 the items don’t work? Not here! Loads of bikes, working clean grill, well stocked kitchen. We loved the open floor plan for our family. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch every morning, and using all the games provided by the owners in the evening. From this location we could hear the ocean but could not see it. However, walking or driving to a beach access was very easy. I would skip membership to the BHI club. They cater so heavily toward full time members I thought it was a waste of $. The beach is too beautiful to sit at the pool. Don’t skip Drinks at Jules and bevy’s and pizza at Wisp. Check out jailhouse too. Remember to take as much over in plastic bins as the grocery store is some what limited and pricy. Have all the fun on this special island!

This is a great family beach home. The property owners are very easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. The house is extraordinarily well equipped, and was spotless when we arrived. The home accommodates a large family with multiple bedroom and great gathering room and large kitchen.
