Stayed Nov 25, 2025The property has everything you needed. There was a lot space. The bed was very comfortable. The back patio was very relaxing. It was very quiet and safe, but stores, food eateries, and gas near nearby. Very nice parks close too. Dean the host was wonderful. Great communication. I loved my stay here.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025Loved the layout of the property. Laundry room is great. Patio was great although the description of the property says there is a hot tub and there isn't. Mattresses could stand to be replaced. Property manager was responsive by phone but not email and check in details were not posted on the VRBO app.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025Nice, well-furnished house. Very clean. Great backyard and grill. Close to our friends and golf courses. Would rent again next year.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The landlord cancelled us while I was en route to the property. He said it was a VRBO problem. VRBO said it was a landlord problem. A refund was given and additional compensation was given but not enough to cover additional airplane and Uber fares. A second reservation was made, then cancelled too. A suitable substitute could not be found due to high season demand.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Checking in and out was simple and the property was as described and very clean and comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the entire community around it.
