Stayed Jun 12, 2025This was the perfect place for us! Location was wonderful, kitchen was well stocked, very nice shower, beds comfy and I Ioved the sheets. The washer and dryer were great to go home with clean clothes and our host was extremely responsive. We will be back!!

Stayed Jan 8, 2025It was OK for a short trip. It's a converted garage into a living room and kitchen. Kitchen was good for breakfast but not for cooking a dinner. There is a step down from the bedroom which is part of the original house into the converted garage area that for seniors, is a trip hazard. I had to put tape across the edge to alert me of the lip.Laundry room is an outside entrance and not well lit at night. Driveway is for one car but the building is split in 2 apartments so you have to share it with another car. Could use a paint of coat for sure. This was a one time only booking.

Stayed Jan 10, 2023We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very close to stores and restaurants and not too long of a drive to Sarasota and the beaches. The home had everything we needed for our stay and Marina was very quick to answer if I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 28, 2022Lodging was in short supply last month after the hurricane. We found this rental and were very pleased with both the unit and the price. Marina is a conscientious hostess providing a very clean, well--ordered duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever; we will return if needed in the future.
