Grand Villa Near Disney w Game RM, Theater, Ice Princess & Wizard BRs & Spa Pool

Very beautiful home and just as described. Will be definitely renting this home again whenever our plans call us to the parks again...

House was great! Fun for an extended family vacation to Disney! Host messaged months before trip if we wanted pool and hot tub heated for additional cost. I messaged back yes. It was never turned on. Took most of week between host and company maintaining property to get turned on. Asked for extra towels and were denied. Challenges bc of third party communications going back and forth.

House is nice but no internet was very frustrating. Couldn’t use the theater which was disappointing. Communication could be vastly improved.

Beautiful home for our holiday and the resort itself is incredible. Well appointed, and what you don’t have the team respond quickly to rectify. It’s a premium home with lovely amenities for the whole family. We’d definitely go back. Few minor niggles that didn’t detract from The experience but still would be nice to see remedied: - bar stools are a bit worse for wear - the kitchen wall units are physically impossible to reach the top shelves but they are full of useful crockery…when asked no one could tell me how I access them which seemed silly! - the pool alarm is insane!! For those without small kids it’s a process that literally doesn’t enable you to get out the door carrying a salad and turn off again!! - no clothes airer for a 5 bed home seems an easy fix but I was advised tumble dryers are provided….not everything goes in a tumble!!

We have been doing family vacations to the Orlando area for the past 13 years.. so I am very familiar with VRBO.. check in.. amenities etc. I asked all the questions prior to arrival. Upon arriving to this home.. I was very disappointed to find the pool in the condition that it was. There was algae growing on the sides of the pool.. leaves and debris at the pool bottom.. very disappointed kids who just wanted to swim after a very long day of travelling. I called the service number provided and they said someone would come by the next day to address the pool. The next afternoon the pool guy came by to treat the pool. The wifi in this house is terrible. When paying $$$ for this property you would think a wifi booster could be installed? Once you left the property to the pool deck.. you no longer had access to wifi. It mentions in the post that this home is 1 year old.. the condition of the carpet in some of the rooms stated otherwise. There are bleach stains all over the carpet in the Elsa room. The location of the property was nice. Close to Disney World. Shopping amenities/grocery store close by. The outdoor BBQ/grill station was great with the eating area. That being said.. bugs/mosquitos were bad when we visited.. so maybe consider a home with a screen. Overall… I don’t think I would return to this exact home.. would stay in reunion but not likely this property.

Prior to renting this house we rented through another company who canceled on us last minute. I found this house and our dates were available! I’m so thankful the other house did not work out - things always happen for a reason - this house was 1000 times better and offered so much more! have a family of 4 (kids are 12 & 8) and the other family that traveled with us their kids were 17 & 10. Between the unbelievable game room, the pool and the spectacular theatre room the kids were blown away and we all had a hard time leaving. The house was spotless and upon arrival the fireplace was on which after a day of traveling was so incredibly cozy! I remembered when we pulled in to the driveway our first day there that I forgot the email that had the code to let us into the house and couldn’t for the life of me find it. After a few minutes of panicking because I knew office ours for the company we rented through were closed I tried emailing anyway. Within minutes a new email (that I accidentally deleted) was sent to me and all was good! What incredible communication! I can’t wait to go back and will make sure when we do the dates for this house are available! I do think somewhere in the handbook they should let guest’s know that the pool towels are in the laundry room cabinets! We had a few of our own so it wasn’t a big deal but the handbook did say to use the colored towels only for the pool but we didn’t find them until our last day there - lol!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities! Would definitely rent this home again. It is exactly what you see in the pictures. My kids loved the themed rooms, movie theater room, arcade and pool and hot tub. We did request to have our pool heated which was perfect for the chilly nights. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room in this house if you would like to host guests too. Beautiful and worth the money!!

I only have 1 word for this house: AMAZING!!! Huge, huge, huge space, great host, clean (great especially with Covid going around!), and plenty of things to do. I can't believe I haven't done this before but you can bet I'll be booking the home again!

Lovely home for a stay-cation since our flights for Australia were cancelled earlier this year. The family needed a place to get away to and this was the perfect location. The resort amenities were also open and they are doing everything they can to allow us to have fun, but still stay safe with social distancing, maks wearing, and cleaning being done routinely. We're so happy to have taken a chance to come here and we'll be doing it again soon!
