Stayed May 8, 2026The house was spacious. We had three couples so we each had our own bed and bath. The living room area is comfortable and spacious and was easy for us to sit around and visit. Nice modern updates to kitchen and some of the bathrooms. Everything in town is within easy walking distance. Easy and simple checkout process. We had a great time. We will definitely mention it to friends.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Wonderful stay at this beautiful historic house! The only downside was no laundry facilities on premise. Must go to laundromat close by. Location is excellent for visiting Elms Hotel and Spa and the historic district with the Hall of Waters and shops! Throw in a day at a winery and we had plenty to do for our little Girls Trip for 8 of us!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We loved this house so much! Perfect for a girls weekend! There were only three of us but there was room for more! We enjoyed having a fullkitchen and lots of bathroom space for each one of us! Had a great time shopping downtown but spent a lot of time at the house talking and watching movies. Highly recommend this lovely, extremely clean home!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The home is absolutely beautiful! The beds and bedding were so comfy! It was a perfect location to stay and explore Excelsior Springs. And close enough to run into Kansas City too. Thanks Zedena! I highly recommend this home!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025This house has a ton of character with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Our group was three women and we had so much room. The living room was very comfortable for our lengthy conversations. The location was great as it is about a block's walk to The Elms where we enjoyed lunch and the spa. It's also a short walk to downtown shopping. Easy in and out with the push-button lock. The house was very comfortable temperature-wise. Each room has it's own heating/cooling system. The beds and bedding were fantastic. We all slept great. And Zedena was very responsive to my communications. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 8, 2024It’s a lovely house in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked to the Elms hotel and down the street where the little shops and brewery were. Unfortunately, they were closed. A few suggestions for the host, a larger table with more than four chairs would be more appropriate for a house with five bedrooms. Also, extra blankets for the bedrooms. It was wintertime and there were only summer quilts on the beds. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 25, 20244 couples reunited and reminisced about their high school and college days. The location was perfect; we enjoyed walking to the quaint shops and restaurants; watching college football across the street at Dubious Brewery. The house was perfect size and the large kitchen and living room were great for conversation. Would definitely stay again!.

Stayed Sep 17, 2024Originally we were planning to stay in a single family home but due to a scheduling hick-up our host needed to move us to this property. It turned out great, the beds were comfy, the units were all clean, neighborhood was quiet. We all agree we’d stay here again
