Elegant two room loft in historic downtown Excelsior Springs.

The location was amazing right downtown, near shops and restaurants. Lovely building. Parking around the corner, so we dropped off luggage in the alley and one of us parked car. Outdoor stairs so use care in inclement weather. It was storming when we left fortunately I planned ahead and we only brought in backpacks so we didn't have to set anything down. The interior and exterior of the building were amazing. Elegant furniture. The ceiling in bathroom looked like it might need repair. The soaking tub and glass shower were stately.. but The handheld shower seemed to lack water pressure and didn't have a very long reach to get soap washed off. Oak floors lovely, however, there is oak in the bath and shower area that you must be diligent not to get wet. I would suggest having an extra towel just for that event. Four poster beds we're beautiful. The air conditioning in the ceiling of the living room had an occasional drip of condensation. We weren't sure how to turn off the television completely. It just stayed the screensaver which was beautiful of a painting. But if anyone wants total blackout that would be an issue. It did serve as a nice night light for us. We booked for three guests and only two sets of bath linens were provided. Since we got in late after visiting with relatives, we didn't know about this until it was too late to make a request, but fortunately we were prepared. We do plan to stay again if it's available when we're in town.

Room was beautiful and host was very helpful. I wanted to bring the bed home with me. It was super comfortable!! Just be sure you can do stairs because the stairs up to the room were kind of steep and long. Plus they were outside so if the weather is bad it could be a problem. But it was so much better than a stuffy hotel room.

Great location with shopping nearby. Wine bar and food in the same location. Other restaurants nearby. Very quiet… the furnishings are pure luxury… an amazing host. Loved our stay!

Beautiful place, well laid out, nice bathtub, comfortable bed with choice of pillow comfort.

We stayed here after our Wedding Sat Oct 19 and it was beyond what we expected . It was gorgeous , we got ready there and an early check in . Before we were told there was an early check in she offered the Bridal suite for the girls to get ready - she was beyond nice and very helpful - if you ever need a get away from home this is the place it was gorgeous with a bar and the shower and tub ! - The extra bedroom was a plus - 5* for sure

Wonderful property, extras available that we weren’t expecting, such as the winery below was an amazing convenience, so enjoyable for our first time in the area. One night for a wedding but would stay again just for a great weekend getaway!

This is a beautiful place to stay right in the downtown area. It was just a couple blocks from the wine festival we were attending. The furniture & bathroom fixtures are gorgeous! This was my first VRBO experience and it was so easy. Check in and out was simple & the instructions on how to operate everything were easy to understand. The stairs to get up to it are outside but very sturdy metal & a good handrail. Very nice place!

Everything was wonderful! Only thing was hide a bed was locked with a pad lock.

Parking was easy, access and amenities were good. Only negative would be that it looked like the bathroom ceiling needed some attention. Otherwise,a very nice and affordable place to stay

Host was very responsive, and very quickly resolved an issue we had. The space is nice, and well located - easy walk to anywhere in town.

The area was great and the place was very cute. Thankfully the restaurant was still open because the door code was not working. Couldn’t figure out how to make the air conditioner run and cool down the place. Would love to stay again. Hopefully when we are there for longer.

Nice place in a great location. Th restaurant below was really good. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to the downtown. My only issue was when sleeping in the small room the ac unit on light makes the whole room glow green. Bring a sleep mask.

Very clean and comfortable room.

The stay was everything we were looking for. I love Excelsior Springs and the property puts you in the heart. Lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and kind. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the bed was hard to leave. The furniture, the bathroom, all added to the stay. We could watch tv and had wifi. It was spotless and cozy and Susan made sure I had all the information I needed in great time before my stay. Thank you!

Super nice property with excellent downtown location.

We had a wonderful stay for a special event in Excelsior Springs. Our stay certainly felt more personalized when compared to staying in a hotel. The downtown area wasn’t loud or distracting. We will certainly visit again when we have more time to stay and explore the area.

We had an anniversary celebration and this was conveniently right around the block from so walking distance was very nice. The place was cute with a little old mixed with a little new. Loved the bathroom. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another time!

The bed a little too firm for us but that’s a personal thing. The shower floor was extremely slick, dangerously so. The room itself is very cute. There were a lot of wasps flying outside the entrance.

We stayed near Broadway of Excelsior Springs Mo. where it is walking distance for all the boutiques, eating and drinks establishments.

Really Cozy, very nice master bed. Bathroom is beautiful! Don't expect to cook.

My daughter had a dance competition in Excelsior Springs that included late nights in early mornings. This was a perfect place for the two of us too spend the night. The loft was clean and we had everything we needed.

Check in process was emailed to us before we arrived, and our host showed us how to access our suite. The host is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and the elegant, the pictures online were great but in person the room is amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Myself and my 8 year old had a girls night! We had the best time downtown. Went to mind body and soap shop, lots of great soaps and jewelry then had dinner at Ventana.. delicious! Loved our stay! Huge room… gigantic bed, she loved the bathtub. Such a cute place for a girls weekend or family night.

Location is great. Comfy beds. Perfect spot to crawl to after a day exploring Excelsior Springs!

This loft is over a wine bar, which was a lot of fun itself. The staff/owner were very nice and helpful. Boardgames aplenty both in the bar and the room. Coffee in the room. Pretty quiet street. Parking was OK.There were a couple of minor issues that I'll bring to the owner's attention privately.

Very lovely large 2 room VRBO in Excelsior Springs, MO Hall of Waters District close to most downtown shops and eating places. Easy walking distance to everything. Our only complaint is that there needs to be blackout curtains for the bedroom.

This place is a hidden gem in downtown Excelsior Springs! A perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day out and about.

Super easy check in process. Everything was clean and as described. Nice area, vehicles safe while parked. Could walk to much shopping and attractions. Whiskey, wine, and snacks downstairs is also a plus!

My daughter and I stayed overnight for a wedding. Perfect location. The property was exactly as we expected from the listing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant downstairs were extremely welcoming. The property manager was very responsive, check-in was easy. Highly recommend.
