We had a very enjoyable stay in Williams with visits to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff. Property is close to downtown Williams and it’s walkable to just about anything you need. Plenty of space to stretch out after a long day of sightseeing or hiking.

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice, clean, and spacious. Close to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. Great communication with Host. Easy access to home. We would definitely come back.

I would have given a 5, but the king bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, and had synthetic sheets. The place was spacious, quiet, comfortable and perfect for our adult family of 4. A really nice trail head (Buckskinner) was within a couple of miles. It connects with Bill William and we had the trail to ourselves.

This was the perfect spot for our family visit to the area. The property was clean and well-appointed, rooms as described, and our host responded promptly and pleasantly to all questions. The neighborhood is quiet, with little traffic, making for a peaceful time. Will definitely book again - many thanks!

Ice maker was broken. No directions on how to use the thermostat. Main bath was very dusty.

Host was great with communication. The house was lovely and cleaning. Location was awesome we were able to walk to the downtown shopping and it is a very short drive to Canyon Coasters

We had a good time in Williams- 3 minute drive to anywhere in Town, walking distance of Route 66, train depot, and Safeway yet still secluded enough for a quiet atmosphere

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed staying here while visiting the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, host and location. Very clean. We had 3 couples and it worked great! Great spot if visiting Williams but also Grand Canyon.

The house was comfortably furnished and the location was perfect for our travels. The house did run warm, but floor fans were provided for the bedrooms.The wi-fi was too slow for our needs.

Needed more kitchen dishes and glasses. Biggest issue was AC unit in family room which was a portable unit detached from window. We used chair and tape to reattach. Close to restaurants and GC train and bedrooms were large.

Paul’s place was the perfect spot for a home base for our family trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is spacious and well appointed. Check in was simple and the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this house for a family trip to the area.

It was a lovely home right near Rt 66. Paul was a great host. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend this property.

It was a lovely property very close to center of town. Very nicely updated and cared for. I think hosts should maybe leave 2 rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom rather than just one, especially if someone has an issue, just a recommendation. The only issue we had was it was hot and it was hot in the house although there appeared to be central air it was set at 77 and only owner could control. We asked that it be lowered to 75 and our response was there were fans in the rooms. Which was fine except living room was hot. There was an air conditioner in dining room we could use but cooling the entire area with that still left the living area hot or warm. WE were gone most of the day but night time was very warm. Other than that no issues at all.

We enjoyed the beautiful home with our family! Everything we needed was provided! Delightful and so very easy and relaxing!A very quiet neighborhood. No traffic noise! Peaceful! And a delightful location no more than a half mile to restaurants, grocery store and fun downtown shopping!

Williams is a lovely little town and if you stay here it is a short drive to the Forrest. The house is lovely and has everything you need. There are even some spices and coffee available if you forget what want. Also a grocery store in walking distanceI would stay here again!

Paul was an amazing and responsive host. I went with my husband and two kids. The house was spacious and immaculate. The showers were great. The kitchen was really nice. It was a perfect base camp for the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Lovely to come home to, after hiking all day.

We loved staying in Williams! During the off-season it was nice not to be burdened with crowding-a comfortable distance from The Grand Canyon. The house was great! Clean and the owner was super nice and communicative.

Quiet neighborhood, perfect house for the 5 of us. The only downside was that we only had two nights in the house, would have liked to stay another couple days.

My family and I were visiting Williams during Christmas and this place was a great place to host us all! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here

We stayed for a couple of days prior to taking train to Grand Canyon. The house is very comfortable and a great choice in Williams. It is convenient to train station and main street. The beds were comfortable and i loved the reclining sofa. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a meal. We had a little trouble with internet but Paul was quick to respond and get us going. We enjoyed our two days here.

Very nice house is remodeled nicely. Great host who responded to questions within 2 minutes. 2 Blocks from Safeway and just a mile or two to downtown and The Train.

This was just perfect for our needs as we explored the Grand Canyon and the Williams area. Our stay was spacious allowing us to each have a bedroom. The living areas were more than enough. We appreciated this place and would stay here again when we are in the area. We had a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay here in October, despite the unexpected snow! It was a perfect house for 2 couples. The property was clean and comfortable!

Overall a great property - very convenient, comfortable and clean. We stayed here after hiking Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon. The property was conveniently located about an hour from the South Rim. Paul was very responsive at all times leading up to our stay through the check out process. Checking in and out was very convenient and easy - in my experience some properties come with a long checklist of check-out requirements and this was not the case here. You can tell the property was updated recently, is well decorated, has comfortable furniture and beds. For the cost, and because it's almost a basic expectation at this point, our only disappointment was that there was no wifi.
