Worked great for our party of 5. We do the car show every year and enjoyed staying in a house allowed to a hotel this year.

Great place in Williams. We spent Christmas in this ole house and enjoyed the location. It was close to the train and downtown area. We found it very clean. I liked that the tables were cleared off, to set our own belongings. The decor matched the location. Very quaint. We could not navigate the TV. But that turned out to be a positive. Instead, we played games and found a trivia book. More family interaction!

This historical home has been upgraded recently by installing a mini split AC/heater in all the rooms. Each room temperature can be set individually. Which helped since I am hot and my kids are cold. At first my grown children just saw old things but I pointed out the charm of antiques and being period correct from when it was built. The wood floors creaked when walking and that was fun too! Having a kitchen table and dining table allowed my 4 year old granddaughter the opportunity to keep her stuff out on the table and not interfere with eating..They had antiques in each room. The beds were comfortable and there were upgraded towels for each room. The kitchen was well stocked with little things like ziplock bags, salt & pepper, and coffee filters and the coffee. The host was quick to respond to any of my questions. We had a great time going to Canyon Coaster and spending the day at Bearizona. There were two great playgrounds close too. Thank you for the great time!

Great house to stay. Everything you could ask for, comfortable beds, large fridge, good showering in the two bathrooms. Large living room area to unwind in,5 of us in our party. Good locking system on the front door with clear instructions. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, perfect to explore the main streets of Williams which were a 10 minute walk away for us 60 elders.

Very enjoyable. Backyard was lovely to sit and enjoy the afternoon. My family like the short car ride to the train. The train ride was super and everyone on the train (employees) were very nice and we got to visit with them.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and as described. One suggestion, the bathtub surface is extremely slippery, I would suggest putting a no slip mat in the tub.

We enjoyed the stay, just wish it had some central AC. It got hot at night and we like it cold when we sleep. Other then that it was a very nice place and a very cute town.

Overall, had a great stay and would recommend it. The house is in a quite neighborhood walkable to things in Williams. The layout was great for our family of 5 with 3 younger kids. The house was very clean with everything we needed and we appreciated the little things (like frosted mugs in the freezer and toys/games :). Things that might be helpful for others to know - the house is well-maintained but old so all the things that come with that (creaky floors, noisy doors, etc.). There isn't central air so the two outer bedrooms (those without the twins) and bathrooms got chilly (but were fine even with cold Dec nights with blankets). The middle room (with twins) actually got very warm. They warn the water pressure is low and IT WAS (we only tried one shower). The rooms (except master) have very light curtains or blinds so get very light in the morning. The train whistle woke our kids up in the mornings - probably an issue everywhere in Williams. The kitchen was basically stocked but had everything we needed to make a few meals. We really appreciated the stainless steel cookware - nonstick in rentals is always in such bad shape we hate using it.

The property was conveniently located in Williams. The gas wall heater did not keep the property warm. The bedrooms did not have heat! The kitchen was sparsely supplied with worn out utensils and pots/pans. Disappointed with a single sheet on a double bed! No vacuum or broom available for cleaning! No outdoor grill!
