Stayed Aug 10, 2025Very comfy, quiet, and clean. We slept very well and had everything we needed. Recommendations for the property: a good butcher knife, a regular coffee pot, and fans in both rooms. Other than that, very well accommodated.

Stayed May 29, 2025This is an updated duplex that has previously been smoked in. Some of the updates are nice. Beds are comfortable, sheets are incredibly cheap. Kitchen is functional minus the cookware which needs to be replaced. It’s nice that there’s an extra bed in basement.

Stayed May 15, 2025Very convenient location to the NE Grand Rapids golf courses. Very clean, would stay again no doubt just wished the tv/cable/zumo box was easier to navigate and get national stations.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Pleasent decore, comfortable beds. Unfortinitly the musty air within the house made us sick. We only stayed in the house 1 of our 4 nite rental. We reaced out to host for resolution, without reasonable resolution.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The best part about this rental was how close it was to restaurants, breweries and shops. The rental was clean and check in was easy. Some details could use a little updating, the toilet seat should probably be replaced, but it was an overall pleasant experience. Hailey was very responsive and helpful as well!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this cute house. It was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very safe. The location was close to many restaurants and downtown. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Nice! Clean! Safe! Quiet! Unusual set up with no seating other than the dining room table on the main floor. Television and couches are all in the basement. Not really a problem but a little different.
