The home was lovely! It was as neat as a pin and had all the amenities that were promised. I brought my whole family, grown kids and their kids and I can say everyone was happy and comfortable from us boomers to the teens and also the little guys. We had a blast and felt warm like we were in a home away from home. Thank you for all the little details, I noticed each and every one of them.

With two small children, we decided to take a different kind of vacation built around activities that everyone could enjoy. This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. There are plenty of good sized bedrooms so everyone could be comfortable - each with their own bathroom.. entire house is very kid friendly - with a soft sectional arrangement in the living room with ottoman - perfect for our 1 year old granddaughter learning to walk. Location is excellent. Close to zoo and Meijer Gardens. Hailey, the host representative, is fantastic. They are very accommodating about check in and check on. Great property. Great stay. This property was excellent for our family. It accommodates large families and provides enough privacy everyone. The basement game table was an added bonus during our down time. The only thing we found wrong was the bathrooms needed better cleaning as there was hair left behind.

Lovely home with lots of room, exactly as advertised. All rooms beautifully appointed; beds luxurious and comfortable; large and easy to use kitchen, well stocked. Attention to detail in thinking what guests might need. Host checks and returns messages immediately. Would stay here again for sure!

Our two families stayed together in this beautiful home and it was perfect for all 10 of us! Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Had a great stay at the gathering place. It was beautifully clean and absolutely as the website says. We stayed (9 adults) for a family wedding in Grand Rapids. The house is really well set up for large groups and when there were problems (not enough mugs) Hailey dealt with it straight away. I don’t usually complete reviews but I was so impressed with this property that I would highly recommend it.

This property was such an amazing stay and exactly what we needed for this bachelorette trip!

This was the perfect spot for an intergenerational get-together for our family. It was so nice to have suite-style bedrooms, with a full private bath inside each of the upstairs bedrooms. The basement game room offered a lovely place to relax and hang out. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She was proactive and very responsive to questions. The communication package also provided excellent suggestions for local activities. All-in-all, a very nice week!

The location was amazing, with a great wine shop directly downstairs and nice restaurants all around. We booked this property specifically because of the elevator, my mother in law has mobility issues so this was key. However, it was not disclosed to us that after the elevator there was a small staircase with 3 steps you needed to get up to get to the front door. The washing machine also stopped working during our stay which was unfortunate as we planned to do laundry before our departures. The hosts were very nice and check in and out was easy.

We had a group of colleagues stay here for a conference in downtown GR and it was perfect.

We knew from the pics that this was a clean, newer, spacious home, but we had no idea how perfect it was for our 8 family members. We could have added 3 additional family! 4 king bedrooms with 4 private baths and loads of personal amenities (coffee, pods, soaps etc) ! Perfect
