Stayed Jul 27, 2023The main level is roomy and open with lots of seating for meals. The appliances are new and even though it is an old historic home, it feels contemporary and very very clean. The bedrooms are a really nice size, and the 3rd floor is a great space for a family or for older kids to stay. The only thing to be aware of are the stairs. The ones going up to the 3rd floor are steep, small, and wooden. The main stairs are wood as well but normal size. The main bathroom upstairs is large and new. Great bathtub and shower. The 1/2 bathroom off of the kitchen is new and very nice, and the 1/2 bathroom in the basement is small but very clean and new. Our host was very attentive and responsive. The neighborhood is family friendly and in walking distance to Eastown which was really nice. Quiet time starts at 9pm so that was nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jun 1, 2023The house was super clean, had lots of little touches, really had everything we needed. The upstairs loft area was so fun for the kids, they absolutely loved it. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager was incredibly responsive and came out the next day to have it fixed. Excellent experience, would highly recommend it!

Stayed Apr 21, 2023This property is GREAT! The only thing better than the house is the Eastown Luxe Crew who were very responsive to our needs. The on street parking was easy and always available, the house was immaculate, they include so many bells and whistles like a high end Kuerig Coffee machine with a wide variety of choices, and oatmeal packs, tea, and hot cocoa. The bathrooms had Q-tips, cotton balls, dental floss picks, makeup remover swaps, hand lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The third floor room had a wide variety of games to choose from. The beds were so comfortable and every room had luggage/suitcase stands and most had HUGE closets. The layout of the first floor was ideal for having a graduation dinner for our family (big dining room table, excellent kitchen layout, island with bar stools, etc.) I HIGHLY recommended this propert, you won't find a better deal!!!
