Yellowstone NP North Entrance is open 12 months of the year! We are 31 north of the north entrance. Check in after 4pm, Check out 10am.
We are located in Emigrant, Montana, 25 miles south of Livingston, MT in Park County.
Self Check In and Self Check Out, Cleaning and disinfecting prior to each guest’s arrival at our town-home. Repainted in 2023. We have a well-stocked kitchen and many spices and condiments, coffee/tea and oil.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024I thought the property was great. Close to Chico Hot Springs and the North entrance to Yellowstone. Super quiet, a great place to go if you have a family and want to go to Yellowstone.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A clean, comfortable and well stocked accomodation. Lisa was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We attended a wedding at Sage Lodge, then traveled on for a stay in Yellowstone. It was the perfect location for our trip

Stayed Dec 25, 2018The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and spices. Loved the 2 bedrooms so our family could spread out and have some privacy. Plenty of room and clean!

Stayed May 29, 2024I looked for a nice place, not expensive and not too far from the park. I was not disappointed when we found this gem! It's a lovely inviting home with gorgeous views and just a relaxing atmosphere but still close that we went to Yellowstone everyday! Fantastic hosts and super easy check in/out process! I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again the next time we visit the park!

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Lisa is wonderful to work with! The townhouse is so very well stocked, all of the basics are there! It was spotlessly clean. It is located in a very small, quaint town about 30 minutes from the north entrance to Yellowstone, about 2 hours from Old Faithful. The Albertson’s grocery that they recommend is about 25 miles north on the highway and is a full grocery store with everything that you need. The kitchen is easy to work in and we loved the large farmhouse table for seating the 5 of us for meals. There is not central air conditioning. The main floor stays fairly cool. We found that turning on the window unit in the master bedroom and making use of the 3 fans to move the air when we got back at dinnertime worked very well for making the upstairs bedrooms cool during the warm weather (84F days) that we were there. Keep the curtains closed (as suggested) during the day while you are out and about.We were able to turn the a/c off when going to bed and it was comfortable for sleeping. The beds are all comfortable, the washer and dryer are a great plus to any rental!
