Gorgeous interior, walk to downtown, amazingly renovated historic 1901 house!

The location of this house was great. We didn’t need our car all weekend. The house has historical charm and nice amenities.

Excellent location. Easy walk to Main Street. Can get a little noisy at night with cars driving by. But that is to be expected. Rooms were spacious. Beds and linens were comfortable. Did not love the rain shower and the shower curtain had mold on it. Could use brighter outdoor lighting on the porch. It is quite dark at night. Excellent communication and response time with the host. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location and beautiful home. Very cozy, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive and quickly addresses small issues that arose during our stay. Highly recommend!

House was very clean and cozy! Met Jason when we arrived and he was very nice. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Cute coffee shop right down the street with great coffee and food. We will be reserving again next year for Pilgrimage Festival.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. Cheers to Jason & Stephanie for creating a home away from home.

This is a really cool house in a perfect location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to town within a couple minutes. The house itself and accommodations were very nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

interior very shabby exterior was as advertised furniture very old sofa was musty, front bedroom bed was awful it is so tall, you needed a step ladder to get in it, trash bin was overflowing when we arrived

We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying at the home and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for a long weekend with 3 couples. We liked sitting both on front porch and back porch and using the fire pit in the back yard. Thank you!

We loved our stay, perfect 3 bedroom for a family wedding in Franklin. Great location, can walk anywhere and especially close to CJ’s Off The Square if looking for a place to stay for a wedding.

Great renovated older house...has a few minor quirks, but SO much better than a faceless hotel. Loved the location: 5 minute walk to central Franklin and walking/running along the Harpeth River; 30 min from Nash and BNA; lots of services and a great little coffee shop (Coffee House) one block down. Front BR can be a little noisy, but loved all the amenities and Prop Mgr quick to answer questions. Two King beds were perfect for us. Great stay - thanks!!

This VRBO is well located. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Easy walk to coffee shops and downtown Franklin. We would definitely stay here again.

First impression when we parked in the back was not the best. But once inside we foung the magic. Everything was as described. Very clean and functional. Great use of clasic decor.

We had a great time at 216 Bridges Street. The location was perfect to walk to our wedding event venues, shops, restaurants and easy Uber trip to Nashville to take in the Honky Tonk. The home very clean, comfortable and well stocked . Would definitely recommend this VRBO property.

Great location, easy and quick communications with host, plenty of amenities, very clean, just a wonderful time at this property! We were in for our sons wedding and the church was in walking distance, CJ’s for the reception was around the corner, everything was so close and easy to get to. Wonderful wedding weekend!

Great location!

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We love it. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was an issue at all was the internet is not great. It's fine for checking email and such, but you can't count on being able to do work from home kind of stuff because it is too slow. But hey, a very small thing for sure.
