Gorgeous Historic Victorian Duplex, Quick Walk to Wharf, Beach & Boardwalk

Host was very welcoming.. the cottage was clean despite the age of the building. Very accessible and quick drive and walk to the board walk and beach

Very well stocked kitchen as well as cleaning, personal supplies and linens. Love the Victorian charm and rockers on the porch. Perfect location, 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk.

We enjoyed a family get together with grown children and grandchildren scattered across the state. So much to see and do: Beach, Boardwalk, Pier shops and restaurants, Roaring Camp trains and hiking, Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Great location, clean throughout, well organized and fully stocked kitchen, lots of historical house charm and a great host.

My family traveled to Santa Cruz from out of state for my son's wedding. Six of us stayed in the Victorian, although it is advertised for 8 people and can truly comfortably accommodate that full number. The house was emaculate, but more importantly all of the beds and seating were comfortable and truly felt like someone's home and not an staged property. We had an issue with a bathroom sink that we could ot figure out how to work the drain and the host sent someone over within an hour to fix the issue. Check in and out were clear and easy. And it really is a 3-5 minute walk to the wharf (shops/restaurats). We would recommend this property and most certainly stay there again.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The home has a lot of character and a well-stocked kitchen if you're planning to cook. It's also close to the boardwalk.I'd definitely book here again.

My niece was getting married in the area and my family arrived a couple of days early to enjoy Santa Cruz. The house is beautiful and exactly what we wanted; close to the beach, the wharf, and the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Really amazing stay in a beautiful house! The photos don’t do it justice, but it really is a beautiful and unique stay.

We stayed over Labor Day long weekend with 4 adults and 4 children total (ages 2-5). The property was absolutely beautiful. As my 5 year old asked upon first seeing it Why is this place so fancy?. ? Apparently Victorian mansions are also conducive to toddler sleep because both 2 year olds slept in until 8AM both days, gifting their parents with a heretofore unprecedented 9.5 hours of sleep. We were a 8 minute walk to the main beach, even at small child speeds, making beach trips easy and frequent. All rooms were comfortable (see toddler sleep above) and the kitchen was large enough for eating breakfasts and cooking dinners. The hosts were incredibly kind, letting us get into the property early and also letting us stay later as we dealt with a dead car battery the morning of our checkout. Full stars and thank you again for hosting us in such a perfect and special place!

Lovely historic home near everything but far enough to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. The kids were convinced the house is haunted but if there are any spirits, they are super kind. Wonderful holiday. Thank you!

What a perfect place to gather our graduate, silblings and their partners for our daughters UCSC graduation weekend! Close to the beach, to town and what a gorgeous Victorian home! Vicky - the property manager - was communicative and helpful. We loved this place!
