We rented this property 3 years ago and it was quickly voted the place to book again. We were expecting to utilize the activity barn again, and were initially quite disappointed to see only the foundation (cement pad) was left to serve as a basketball/pickleball court. The owner had placed the ping pong table and few electronic games in the garage and we put them to good use. The house itself served its purpose beautifully. We had over 25 people during the day of all ages from all over the country join us and everyone totally enjoyed the facility and the local community. The owner was a great host and prepared a clean,well-stocked facility.

The property was a perfect fit for our big family. Our only issue was when the power went out, the generator did not kick in. The power did not come back on until 1:30a.m. There were no flashlights or lanterns. If it wasn’t for the glow sticks we bought for the 4th of July, we would have been totally in the dark. The property manager was great to work with, and the owner compensated us for the problem. The kids thought it was a great adventure. We would definitely go there again.

The property really did comfortably accommodate 20 individuals and we weren't right on top of each other! The location was amazing, scenery top notch, but also close to grocery store and coffee shop! Loved the multiple single mattresses that were available in several closets that we could use to create more flexibility with sleeping arrangements.

The home was beautiful. Large area to gather and plenty of bedrooms. Loved the kitchen with the large fridge and double ovens. It was perfect!

We loved our stay there complete with a beautiful snow fall which are the grandkids loved. We had several small issues but the building manager was quick to respond and take care of the issues. We sent a list of some things which I think would make things a bit more smoothly for the next person including some extra snow shovels.

Perfect for our girls pickle ball getaway. We were never crowded. A bonus was being able to see the northern lights from the property.

The location was outstanding. The place was ok.The size was perfect for our family get together. FYI;the vents were very dirty. The freezer handle door loose and came off while we were there. Listing needs updating, the barn was listed but no barn.

It was an amazing trip in a great place. No complaints at all about the venue - I hope to stay there again.

We rented this property for a week for a family reunion with five total families including children. Property was well maintained with great amenities and space. Location was excellent with a good size yard that kids could play in. Garage had several arcade style games that the kids love to play. They also have a ping pong table in the garage as well as a cement sports court with basketball and pickleball. We had a small problem with the air conditioner, but the host was extremely responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay here!

It was overall good. one of the beds had not been taken care of, someone had a nose bleed in the bed and it was all bloody. we had to change the sheets before we could use the bed. The list said there was 3 shippy cups we could find none. The clothes dryer was clear full of of sheets and towels we took out and folded. The dryer does not work. it turns but there is not heat the unit must be bad. We enjoyed the house and will probably be interested in it next year. we needed dish Towets and dish cloths and I call emitt and he brought some right over. the lawns and flower beds a full of weed big milk weeds by the front door. lawn are burned up in most places.

My sibs and I got together to celebrate my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. We were able to make beautiful meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The location is gorgeous! The view from the balcony is so calm and serene. I also loved the office. Unfortunately, I had some homework to do. I opened up the office windows to let the fresh mountain air in and I was able to do my STATS homework to the sounds of bird song. Not a bad way to go! The home is located 10 minutes to Pine View Res and 15 minutes to North Fork hiking trails.

This is the third year we have stayed at the property. Everyone loves it. We’re close to the reservoir and Ogden. Lots of space to play. Beds for everyone.
