Situated to the east side of Edinburgh only a 7 minute by Taxi or car from Waverly Station, this stunning property represents a great combination of an ideal location and comfort to a luxury standard. This is a modern and unique townhouse with a garden and off street parking.

This 3 storey townhouse is a 15 minute walk to the Royal mile and an 8 minute walk to Arthur’s Seat. The sunny, spacious house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with many shops, café’s and bars within walking distance. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining room which has bi-fold doors which access the garden. There is a downstairs toilet which leads to a utility room featuring a modern washer/dryer. A well equipped kitchen with an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and microwave oven as well as further bi-fold doors allowing plenty of light in to the house. The kitchen is to a high standard providing you with all you need if your planning to cook. Towels, covers, sheets and all essentials will be provided for your arrival.

The first floor has a spacious king size master bedroom, large en suite along with a walk in wardrobe leading out to a terrace.

The second floor has a further king size room, a double bedroom as well as a Jack & Jill style bath and shower room. The top floor landing also features a large desk suitable for those requiring a dedicated workspace.

The location of this lovely house gives you the advantage of reaching the Royal Mile within 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bus, and Waverley Train Station is easily accessible, taking only 20/25 minutes to walk. You could also go further east towards Portobello beach where you will find gorgeous sands and numerous cafes and bars.

If you don't have much time to go out and about, your local shopping centre is just a 2 minute walk away. Meadowbank Shopping Centre has all you require for your supplies.
Sainsbury's, T K Maxx, and Marks & Spencers to name a few.

Overall it’s a lovely house if you are planning to have a great and relaxing experience in Edinburgh with all the cities finest attractions around you.

    We enjoyed this nice townhouse! Carina and Karen were very helpful. Our flight arrived early and they were kind enough to let us put our things while they were cleaning the place and we went to nearby Sainsbury's to shop for basics(that has pretty much everything you need) and also they let us check- in earlier than our time. That was a great blessing after the flight!! We were there from July 29th to early hours of Aug 8th. We were able to walk to the Royal Mile, sometimes it was a bit hard with all that walking but it is doable or you take buses or taxis. We also went to other cities like Glassglow, Linthinglow and Sterling. Over all we loved Scottland and really want to return and glad we stayed at a clean and comfortable place. Suggestion for the owners, it would be helpful to have a weighing scale for international travelers, especially for people like us who love to pack too many things :)

    The rental was just as advertised and perfect for 3 couples with a pet. The house was very clean and well equipped. Although we had to Uber and/or take a cab everywhere, there was no problem getting rides anytime of the day. I would highly recommend this place for families.
