Gorgeous 6BR home Near Beach-private pool, elevator, screened porch!

This is a beautiful well equipped house with plenty of room for our large multigenerational family group of 7 adults and 5 children. We had everything we could want in a vacation home - screened porches and balconies, backyard swimming pool and grill, comfortable furniture in living and bedroom areas, ensuite bathrooms for most of the bedrooms, and 2 block proximity to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group.

Not a bad walk to the beach and close to the grocery and very close to rec center playground. My only issue was with the screened porch where we like to spend a lot of time . The furniture cushions were old and not only not clean, but also full of pollen. When the house is cleaned, the porch needs attention also. We all ended up with allergy issues and I came home sick. Someone needs to hose them off each time as long as pollen is falling from the surrounding trees.

The say was absolutely fantastic. Check in and check out were very simple. The house was huge and immaculate. It was located right where we wanted to be with close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants, and golf. We had a great time here and look forward to returning in the future!

This was the perfect rental property for hosting our ministry team for five-days of fellowship and small group meetings. The house was spotless and had ample living space. When we weren't working, we relaxed on one of the many porches and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. Our friends from Minnesota and Colorad loved walking on the beach. It didn't feel like work; it felt like a vacation. We'll definitely consider renting this home again for our next meeting.
