With one home offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the other featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s room for everyone to spread out while still staying together.

The Neighborhood:

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    Property was great - we liked the location, but it is truly in transition. And honestly, quite noisy at night. Would be hugely beneficial to change the windows to ones that would block more of the noise that you hear from passersby and traffic. But overall, it was great. thanks so much!

    The house is older, and located further away from other buildings. It seems like it is on the darker/quieter part of the city. It felt a little lonely and quiet. The house had a small kitchen and small living room. Could use new furniture for the living room in A building. Could upgrade a oven and a dishwasher. But otherwise all appliance worked. House was pretty clean. Lots of sleeping places. The parking tight and there were no backyard. The living room windows and porch door go out right on the street. There is an abandoned house on one side and another one being renovated. There is construction happening right across the street. It woke us at 7am every morning.
