We absolutely loved our stay! Such a charming space close to everything in Savannah! It provided the perfect quiet end to a day filled with coffee shops, shopping and local cuisine! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home! It’s exactly as pictured clean and very conveniently located! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay again. Street parking is everywhere and free after 8pm-8am and on the weekend. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Very nice, comfortable and well appointed place. The neighborhood was lovely and we were within easy walking distance of Forsyth Park and several great neighborhood restaurants. We would stay again when visiting Savannah.

Pretty and clean place to stay in Savannah…beautiful neighborhood. The bed was super comfy after a long day of walking thru the city. Surprised though for the cost of the room that the tv did not have cable (we don’t have any of the streaming services…so we could watch only a few channels plus the annoying game ads on the tv).

Great location for the price. Parking is a problem, but that’s common for Savannah.

Great location! Unit was clean and comfortable, just as described

Location was PERFECT to walk everywhere. Bed was comfortable but wish there was an extra sleeping pillow. Coffee maker was slow that could use an upgrade for the quality of everything else. I did not cook so I can’t say if the cookware and stove were up to par. There were earplugs available maybe due to people walking around on second floor but I did not require them. I would have preferred white towels as I assume they get bleached and are clean. None of my complaints would keep me from staying again.

Clean, comfort, trendy, location was great! We had a wonderful time. This place is amazing and the location is even better. The host was excellent and very responsive. Truly a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for walking to about everything. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Loved the booklet which was very informative.

The unit is amazing! Take heed of parking advice, either you are slave to the meter app or get the visitor pass from the City. I recommend getting passes.Know that property management controls the thermostat and there isn't unlimited hot water. Not showstoppers, but do be aware. Also, occupancy is limited to 2 but there is an uncomfortable hideabed for a couch.

We were in town for a surprise 50th birthday celebration! We had a great time! Unfortunately, we only stayed at the property to sleep. However, we would definitely book again because, kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals. Great unit & location!

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: close to historic sights, great restaurants, and charming squares, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring.The space was beautifully maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Savannah!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was exactly as described, very clean, and thoughtfully appointed with high-quality items throughout. The unit was well stocked with essentials such as soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a fully stocked coffee station. The many small, thoughtful touches were genuinely appreciated.Street parking was readily available directly in front of the unit for about 8–9 per day. Parking does require feeding the app every two hours between 8am and 5pm, but overall it was much more convenient than expected.The location is excellent. It is about a 20-minute walk to the river and just a few blocks from the free public bus, making it easy to get around.Two minor notes for future guests. The unit had only three hangers available, and while an ice maker was listed, it was actually a manual ice tray rather than an automatic ice maker. These were small items and did not significantly impact our stay, but they were different than expected.Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and centrally located unit, which were major positives. We would happily stay here again.

The location was great. Got to see more of Savannah had we stayed in the River District. Six Pence and River House restaurants were 5 star and more. Nicole waited on us at RH excellent service. Farah at Six Pence works behind the bar phenomenal service

All great, but wanted to tell you the shower is constantly dripping, we just closed the bathroom door so we didn’t hear it. We will be staying at your place again in the spring!!

Location was perfect for us. We were running the Savannah Southern half marathon that started in Forsyth Park and this home was two blocks away. Decor was gorgeous. Outside area was calm and peaceful. Bed was super comfortable and everything was SO clean. Very safe and communication with hosts was perfect! Would definitely stay here again and recommend. The ONLY small thing we kept saying was that we wish we could have adjusted the air to be cooler inside. It was a very warm weekend so sleeping was slightly warm, but it did not change the way we felt about this place. 10/10

Everything was as described and as reflected in the pictures. The property manager was a big help the couple of times i called her ... very responsive. The place was located in the heart of the historic district, just down the street from the Mercer/Williams house. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. We had an amazing time in an amazing place.

This property was in a nice quiet area. Chatham Square is literally out the front of the building. Lovely area to sit and take in the outdoors. Everything was within a 3-18 min, enjoyable, walk. The DOT is just around the corner. This is a first floor unit so no stairs to climb. It is an old building so don't expect perfect walls or floors but very clean. The shared patio is in the back off the bedroom. We never saw anyone using it. We didn't cook but it had all the basics. We did not rent a car and did not need one. I would not recommend renting one. Parking cost and hard to find in Savannah. I gave this a five star because it was a cute and clean little place and fit our need. We traveled in October. Pros: clean, good water and water pressure, large walk in shower, bed comfortable, no stairs, kitchen supplied, DOT close, right on Chatham Square, coffee shops close by, quiet area, easy to sightsee from this location, felt very safe. Host was good to communicate. Cons: need to be careful of height difference in floor from one room to the next, not great for kids, you can hear the people above you walking around or talking but not a major problem ( ear plugs were provided for sleeping). Don't expect to use the fireplace. Smelled a little musty when we first walked in but didnt notice it after the first day.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was close to everything too! Very walkable location. Suzanne was an excellent communicator and very responsive. We'd recommend and deginconsider again if we cone back to Savannah!

Our stay was great! The unit was very well decorated and had lots of space. We had no issues finding parking right out front and the weekends were free. I am a sing in the shower, laugh out loud type who does not mind noise. But if you are not that type be aware this is a downstairs unit. The occupants upstairs sounded like a marching band well through the night and early morning. Very disruptive! That’s would be the only complaint we had.

This garden suite is in the perfect location to walk around Savannah! It was very clean with new amenities. Parking was never an issue on the street right in front of the door. Highly recommend!!!

Great location, walking distance to just about anything you would want to see

We live about 40 minutes from Savannah. We stayed here for our wedding weekend. Absolutely loved this VRBO. Walking outside right on the corner of the square was absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff that runs this property. Everyone was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will be staying here again!! Book with confidence. Absolutely a fantastic stay.

The apt. was well represented in the photos. Very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The dimension of the property made it nice and roomy. Outdoor patio was beautiful. Location was perfect and we were able to walk to everything we did, including all dinners out.

My husband and I stayed in Savannah for my 50th bday and this condo was absolutely perfect! Close to most everything we wanted to do, exceptionally clean, and no issues with checking in!! Would definitely pick this spot again!!

Was absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway from the kids!

We traveled from KY for St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Absolutely loved being on Chatham Square near Forsyth. We walked to our favorite spots on Liberty and Oglethorpe every day. Parking was no issue at all! Maybe we were *lucky*! Would only recommend a king size bed but otherwise everything was great!

We could not have picked a better place to stay! Everything about the apartment was perfect.

The space was optimal for being a pedestrian! The studio was aesthetically pleasing,well appointed and appeared clean with a comfortable bed. Prior to our arrival we were in a rural part of SC and had less than optimal wireless/internet service. This was problematic to signing the multi page document in order to be able to check in but the property manager was accommodating to assist. Use the parking app to find appropriate parking (the weekends are free). In short, lovely space that is in the primo locale.

We were SO impressed with this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed is seriously the most comfortable bed of anywhere we've ever stayed! The location of this property is perfection! We were able to walk everywhere - River St, Design District, Forsyth Park. We felt safe at all times!

Our stay was very nice.We only got to stay one night unfortunately, but everything was very clean and comfy.I loved the kitchen it was perfect for my boyfriend and i to bake some cookies together and have a little lego date at the table.The location was great super close to everything could walk or just a 5 minute drive somewhere, without being right in the middle of downtown savannah.The only issue's we had was the heat couldn't go above 70 so we were a little cold but bundled up in blankets was fine.And the parking situation was not ideal, we didn't see the small letters on the sign saying it was a sweeping zone right out front so we got a ticket.

One of the best places my wife and I have stayed during our many trips to Savannah! It’s a short walk to River Street, with plenty of street parking nearby. The property is beautifully decorated and stocked with any cooking supplies you might need—though with so many amazing restaurants within walking distance, who wants to cook? Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Savannah!

We loved this property and would stay again. Remember, this is a downstairs apartment so if noise from above bothers you, stay somewhere else. They did provide earplugs. 😉 Needed additional items and they were provided the next day.

Located perfectly next to Chatham Square. This very cute garden suit was perfect for a relaxing honeymoon weekend. The bathroom was great, bed was super comfortable, and kitchen was super cute and very functional. On Saturday and Sunday parking in front of and around this unit is free which is a plus.

The condo was very well equipped and maintained and in a beautiful area. It was a short walk to Forsyth Park and to other points of interest. Took a minute to figure out the city-wide parking but everything went great and i look forward to visiting again!!

The location was perfect; parking easy; accommodations clean and comfortable; and property manager was quick and responsive.
