Stayed Mar 19, 2025Had a great time while in town for youth and highschool baseball tourney. House comfortably housed 4 adults, 4 teens, and one little. Lots of great common spaces to watch tv, play billiards, or swim. Perfect house for a medium to long stay in PHX

Stayed Sep 26, 2024The place was clean and well stocked with towels and the essentials. Large kitchen, spacious outdoor area with pool. Plenty of room with couches to sit and visit. A great stay!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024The property was filthy, and the Renter was rude. I will not recommend this property to anyone. I paid a high dollar for the place, including the cleaning fee, to enter a filthy property. I had to clean the property and launder bedding on the day of arrival in order to stay comfortably. I left the property clean and should receive a refund for the cleaning fee.
