Get Away And Relax In Your Quiet, Private Chattanooga House

Great stay. House very comfortable great layout. Loved the pool on those 90 degree plus days. Amy was super responsive. Great neighborhood, beautiful views.

This property had it all. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans ,utensils). Extremely clean and the pool was amazing. We came in from Austin, TX on a family (4 of us) road trip and had never been to Chattanooga. It was close to all attractions and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It was our favorite stay out of the 9 day trip. We stayed here for 4 days which was perfect amount of time to do it all and relax!! Highly recommend this property!!

We had an excellent time on our weekend here. The location was beautiful and the space was ideal for our staycation. The fenced in yard and pool were perfect and we had a great time. Amy was easy to contact for anything we needed and outside of a small hiccup with the grill, we did not need anything. Even then. she had someone out to check it ASAP. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Home was very clean and peaceful..I'd recommend to anyone looking for a TN getaway!

Everything was perfect!

We arrived late at night and parked next to the back door, thought it would be easier to unload. After we unloaded the car we got into the pool and the owner came home, we had parked in her parking place and then locked her out of her downstairs apartment. We did not know that she lived downstairs and that we were to park in the front of the house. Even with the misunderstanding of the parking and not realizing she was going to be in the basement, the house was beautiful and the pool was great. I have not rented many places because the owners share the property and I think that's weird, trying to be quiet and tip toe around because you don't want to disturb them, but the owner was overall nice and accommodating to help with the pool. The house was beautiful and it was very peaceful and relaxing. I am kind of glad that she did not disclose that she would be in the basement or I would have never rented this house. We enjoyed a peaceful swim in the pool anytime we wanted and cooked out on the back deck and was not swarmed by lots of people like it is when you stay at a hotel. The house is really close to the attractions we went to visit and not far from stores and restaurants. The owner had floats and water guns for the kids to play with and adjusted temperature on the pool for us. The house is in a nice neighborhood and mostly quiet all times day and night. We had a great time visiting.

The view from the porch/dinning room was stunning and perfect for sipping a cocktail after exploring all day. The owner (Amy) has thought of everything to help accommodate with anything guests may need. We arrived 2 days after Christmas to find the home tastefully and elegantly decorated which was very exciting for our young children. This home has a great balance of romantic getaway while also being family friendly. I can’t give this house enough praise. We are even looking at returning this summer. In our reluctance to leave we forgot a few items and Amy graciously shipped them home for us. All in all... I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in the TN River valley.

The description and pictures do not do this place justice! Since most of the leaves were off the trees, we had a beautiful view of Chattanooga. The location is very convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic weekend!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was really nice inside and out. Backyard deck with pool sold the place for us and it did not disappoint. Only suggestions would be to have some general cleaning tools like, broom, sink scrubber, plunger, etc and to not heat the pool unless asked. We would recommend this place to all looking.
