Garden Gate Cottage Downtown Franklin Unit B

A very beautiful, quaint and clean home in a quiet safe neighborhood that is walkable to town and The Factory. The home had all the amenities we needed. The Roku TV had many stations, however, not any stations that carried the Sunday night and Monday night football games.We loved our stay!

Cottage located on a quiet residential street within a 1/2 mile walk to Franklin’s downtown. Newly renovated ranch style home divided into two units. Beautifully remodeled with 2 bedrooms with adjoining baths, well appointed kitchen and lovely living room. If it had been warmer, we could have enjoyed either the charming front porch or the quiet back porch area. Host was available to answer any questions we had.

This property was adorable! We were visiting for a wedding and found this gem that is walking distance to downtown Franklin. It was so charming, clean and the layout was perfect for my husband and I and my sister and her husband. We hope to come back!

The cottage was absolutely adorable and very clean. We loved being so close to downtown and being able to walk to the town square, local restaurants and shops. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. We woke up daily to low back and hip discomfort. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

First time visit to see family in Franklin. The cottage was very comfortable and quiet. It was perfectly located near downtown Franklin and scenic walks along the Harpeth River!

This property is beautiful. Wonderful location, wonderful home. Does not have many amenities- ie Kleenex, spices if cooking, soaps, lotions. BUT- it did exceedour expectations. The owner did check that we left on time parking across the street and waiting. Kind of disconcerting. Wonderful town- people in community were so so so friendly! Thank you for letting us stay!

Super cute home with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Walking distance to downtown Franklin. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood felt very safe no concerns. Would definitely come back on our next stay in Franklin. Beds are so comfortable!

This was the second time we have stayed at GGC. Matt is a wonderful host, and responded quickly to any of our questions. The unit is just lovely. My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, The Factory, and the quiet street is a huge plus. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit beautiful Franklin.

My friend and I stayed while we attended a conference. What a sweet little place to come home to! It was very clean, Matt was easy to work with and the porches with rocking chairs were the perfect places to unwind and/or start our day with a cup of coffee. We highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay! We stayed here for 10 days and eloped. Matt and Kara were very responsive and accommodating to us. They treated us so well and we are so happy we got to enjoy this space. I’d been eyeing it for a while now! They are an amazing team with what they have created. We hope to be back again and are so thankful for the memories made!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute duplex. We were fortunate not to have neighbors during our stay, but appreciated the separate outdoor as well as indoor spaces. The home is within walking distance of both downtown, and The Factory. The fish tacos at Mojo’s Tacos were amazing!
