Stayed Oct 17, 2025Amazing home. Great place to hang out with family and friends after a day of hiking and exploring. Beautiful view of Mt Princeton. Game room was fun and bedrooms were wonderful, each with own bathroom. Kitchen is smaller which we knew but still worked great. Looking forward to visiting again.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024This was our base for our group of friends/family in town to support our runner at the Leadville 100 trail race. Having three separate rooms and bathrooms was ideal. We loved the huge couch for hanging out, as well as the outdoor space for the comfortable afternoons/evenings. The outdoor cat was our buddy! And so many hummingbirds! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This location is great if wanting to see places towards Aspen and down to Great Sand Dunes. Nice community. Home is great for activities while at house. Loved all the games. Plenty of space for our family. Wish had washer and dryer and more towels available. We were there 3 days and only had 2 towels in master bathe. But its nothing that would not keep me renting again. Thanks for your hospitality.
