Funston Suite, Minutes from Downtown Glenwood

We enjoyed our stay. We’d recommend better coffee maker as we’d had to clean out coffee grounds before it would work for us. A pizza pan would have been great as kids love homemade pizza. A laundry basket would be a great recommendation to add. Cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes or spray would also have been great as kids had stomach bug.Your place is in a great location and if we ever come back to CO we’d stay here again. Beautiful property. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Enjoyed stay very much. Didn't notice in description, if it was there, that this is a flight of stairs to reach door. Might be problem for some folks.

We had a great stay! Came to Glenwood Springs for whitewater rafting, e-bikes, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, and great food and drinks.

Newly built/renovated building with upgraded features. It is a stand alone apartment, so not sharing walls with neighbors. Near food and activities that we wanted to do. Great stay for our family!

Perfect location to all events, pools, river fun, bicycle rides, hot springs, hiking! Beautiful mountain view off the deck!

Husband and I came to Colorado to visit, son who has been doing van life for a year. The house was just want we needed. A place close to town, easy to get to. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. The place was stocked with many things we needed. The only issue was traffic noice but that plainly stated on website. We enjoyed town and hot springs. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vrbo. Location was great, not too far from town and activities. The place was perfect for our family and had everything we needed.

Very nice new build plenty of room very clean excellent parking. The only downfall is the highway. Very noisy but overall we did have a very nice day.

Absolutely amazing set up, great parking, perfect set up for a traveling family, amazing AC, beautiful porch, grill and amazing view, deffinatly 10 out of 10!

We stayed 3 nights to enjoy the hot springs and the adventure park and this apartment couldn’t have been any more perfect. The unit was very well appointed and the AC worked extremely well even with the outside temps in the 90s! It is close to the freeway so if you need complete silence to sleep, this may not be for you. We always sleep with white noise apps so it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to Glenwood Springs!

Location was noisy along with the neighborhood. Accommodations more than made up for it though.
